That's very strange and alien to me... I've had 3 hair transplants after going mostly bald, otoplasty (ear pinning), LASIK (so no more nerd-goggles/glasses), and high-def ab-etching, and never felt the need for emotional support because I looked different. I mostly just felt a sense of elation, newfound freedom, and accomplishment. I guess it varies from person to person. I do plan to get jawline enhancement like this soon, as well.

@@notsocooldude7720 there are not that many cases of extensive jaw implants like this. And your jaw does a lot of work when it comes to outdoor activities, and overworking it can easily misplace the implant eventhough its locked/fitted in with your bone. It also takes a long time to heal and mold to your bone vs a regular chin implant. There's also a potential to block nerves surrounding the jaw area. There's little risk of that with chin implants.

PJ Gacia Have you seen the one where the surgery requires pulling the face up from the skull? It was to reshape a woman’s jaw, which was very noticeably asymmetrical. That freaked me out for sure!

Wow that’s a crazy horror story. Hopefully this type of thing doesn’t happen anymore. I’m worried about getting a procedure like this done because not many doctors do it and I want to make sure it’s done right. But I also don’t know if I can spend 30-40 grand to have it done by someone like Dr Dhir (even though from what I’ve heard he isn’t as good as he portrays himself in these videos)

Yeah the cheek implants are too much and nose is an unnatural shape but the jaw looks quite natural and helps his whole face overall look better.

What's extreme is the amount of surgery he has already had. You can tell .. he should stop with this one but people get addicted to "improvements" so I doubt this will be his last

Cedriko about 7-10k. If he has lots of experience, wouldn't doubt its 15-20k.

Unfortunately, this doctor charges about $30k for this procedure (probably because he's in a wealthy area of Southern California). There are a select few other doctors that specialize in this, and they run $15-18k. Non-custom (premade/off-the-shelf) jawline implants do run about $7-10k though.

@@apj171 Why, yes I do. Dr. Barry Eppley of Indiana, and Dr. Michael Yaremchuk of Boston. Also Dr. Paul Ruff is affordable and does great jaw lines. Look up their work on sites like RealSelf and Reddit (Reddit is where I saw Dr. Ruff's work, it was quite legit).

They last for life and yes there's some bone resorption but it's minimal and won't affect the aesthetic component. Typically custom means the whole jawline so you'd have to do a consultation with the doctor to find out if it is possible to make one only for one side.

True. He needs a more manly nose to compliment his jaw and chin. His nose is too thin, sloped and lacking proper projection. It does have that operated look and is not natural looking at all. If his nose looked more like the surgeons nose, he would be in great shape overall.

Most women would never date a guy that's THAT insecure to the point he had an actual fucking jaw surgery and implant put in! I know I would stay far far away from someone like that. I think he looked way more handsome without it, he looks plastic and fake now. I mean his cheeks didn't look natural beforehand but my God he looks super artificial now.

Makeup and cosmetic surgery are on two completely different playing fields and the fact that you try to compare them just shows how out of touch you are. I've never once got any type of cosmetic surgery in my life (I am 30) and never plan to even though of course because I'm human have insecurities as well. I was not blessed with a nice ass but would love one! But I also would never go to the length of having a surgery to get one. Even if I had the money the idea of that it's just not my cup of tea. I only wear makeup to make myself feel JUST a little better and have only started wearing makeup the past 8 years or so. I have been in a committed relationship the past 10 years so that logic doesn't even make sense. My boyfriend thinks I'm beautiful with and without makeup and so do I. Makeup only enhances what I already have, it does not mask my so called ugliness. It makes my nice bone structure and hazel eyes stand out! So why exactly should I feel ashamed? LMFAO

I wanna make sure I have it done right but also don’t want to kill myself financially if I don’t have to. Dr Dhir seemed like a good option based on this video but he charges through the roof and I’ve heard some bad things about him online. Hoping to have this done in the next couple years so I can enjoy the second half of my 20s lol
