Today we are headed to Hollywood Studios... with NO plan?!?! Come hang out with us as we see where the day takes us! After an hour at Hollywood Studios, we went back to the Boardwalk for some pool time. After a nap in the room, we spent the evening at EPCOT and came back for an early night at our resort. Love this video. Did you get a lot done in the parks? No. Will she remember (even if short term,) you saying yes to leaving the park when she asked and spending 2-3 in the pool which is where she wanted to? Probably. Some movie time on the grass w the lantern, probably. Watching fireworks in her pj’s by the balcony, probably. I am CONSTANTLY trying to balance getting “my moneys worth” in the parks but also embracing a completely different pace as a parent and doing low key stuff outside of the parks.

Great time to go to the pool!!! Great to see that you can wing it, and just enjoy. We are going for the first time in two weeks. Tail end of "spring break" but we do have the DAS pass, hoping that will make our little ones time even more smooth.

Did you find the noise level to be loud with a waterfront view at the Boardwalk? Love the resort but am always afraid those early nights with little ones will be rough with a waterfront view! Thanks for sharing this-always love your content! ❤

Aw thank you!! Quiet time is what I call our mid-day breaks in the room ☺️ Naps are hit or miss these days, so we always bank on “quiet time”. Lights out, no TV, but Ellie can flip through a book or color if she wants ☺️

The boat goes from Swan/Dolphin, to Yacht Club, to Boardwalk ☺️ So you are the last pick up on the way to Hollywood Studios.

I would check out Pop Century or Caribbean Beach! Both are on the skyliner, are more budget friendly ☺️

My husband and I are going to Disney World next January for my 40th birthday. Do you think the Boardwalk would be the best place for us to stay?? If not, what would your top choice be? I've never been without kids, so I can't decide!! We normally stay off property when we have our kids, so I'm not super familiar with all the resorts.

The Boardwalk is the perfect resort for an adult only birthday trip ☺️ I think the night life and easy walk to EPCOT would make this such a fun resort for your trip!
