My friends recently returned from their trip and shared some disappointing feedback. They mentioned that the elevator was out of order, the à la carte restaurant was missing items from the menu, and the dolphin cove experience was not as enjoyable as they had hoped.
Oh no. I’m so sorry they had a bad experience. We went there on a day pass so we made the most of the day. The dolphin Cove experience however was far the best! We got the Royal pass which allowed us to do everything with the dolphins. We didn’t get it in video though they told us we could bring our phones. We also didn’t dine at any of the restaurants there.
