Hi, I studied with bruno so I can help you. Switzerland speaks 3 languages: german, french, and italian. But, but chances are you will be able to communicate just fine with only English. The city where we studied spoke italian mainly, but they could understand English just fine

I actually moved to Switzerland without speaking any of the official languages of the country. I went to an American School, where all students and teachers communicate in English. I had to struggle with my Italian when I went to the city though
