You can use Grab App, which is Uber equivalent but I found it be costlier in case you want to go to Hoi An or Ba na hills from Danang. Otherwise its economical.

You can rely on Niyo, fallback option can be your international debit card. Just carry 100-200 USD for emergency.

One question about Point of exit. If you have Hanoi as the point of exit in the visa, can you fly out of vietnam from Ho chi Minh or Da Nang?

Point of entry is more important than point of exit. Practically no one cares actually as long as the visa is valid.

Btw you missed one view point in Sapa town. You need to pay some entry fee and go to the top of the mountain , but the view was amazing. You can see Fansipan and all Sapa from the top. Maybe next time. Very good videos btw.

You can exchange it at some money exchange in city & not at the airport. I found jewellery shops give the best rates. Check near your hotel.
