Please get your facts right. The flats are council owned, but with many private owners as well, and only some getrent paid.

THE COMMENT YOU MADE ABOUT THE HIGH RISE FLATS ABOUT PEOPLE PAYING NO RENT AND BEING STATE OWNED, IS COMPLETELY WRONG, THESE APARTMENTS ARE ACTUALLY QUITE EXPENSIVE TO RENT AND BUY.
