One thing i have noticed that... Lifestyle of indian students in Germany v/s US/Canada In US/Canada = students party alot and engage in social activities, clubbing. Here colleges have more extra curricular activities. When convocation happens in US/Canada colleges, students are given degree certificate in a large formal assembly of people with black gown and hat. Here Indians don't feel homesickness because there are so much Indians community. They feel like home. Few are exceptions. In Germany = students doesn't party alot and doesn't engage in social gathering much. Here colleges doesn't have much extra curricular activities. Here the degree certificate are given with mail post. No formal gathering and celebration. No black gown. Here, students generally feel homesick because of lack of Indian diaspora. But you may adapt to live in alone. Conclusion : I don't know whether it is an deciding parameter to choose between Germany or Canada/US. But, this may be an important points people need to know. We know the difference in tution fees etc etc. It is just a lifestyle comparison. May be i am wrong. But, this is what i observed.
