A Day In My Life As a Business Owner in LA
Hi Everyone!
Today, I'm excited to bring you along on a typical day in my world as an owner of not one, but two flourishing businesses. Running two businesses keeps me on my toes, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I'm grateful for every day I get to spend doing what I love because when passion meets purpose, every moment is a celebration!
It is the time of the month so I definitely was a little in my feels today but by taking some time at the end of the day, being kind to myself and my body really helped.

I'm a girl with two chronic illnesses -- endometriosis and lupus -- and I can honestly say that your two businesses are keeping me afloat. Nekohama is the only form of caffeine I can drink without flaring my symptoms. Not only does it keep negative symptoms at bay, but it makes me feel better beyond symptom elimination. I have to be very careful with my diet, and can only do very low impact exercise. SSB recipes are extremely autoimmune friendly, and it makes meal planning so much easier. If you ever wonder if your efforts are making a difference, for me, it has been the difference of being able to have a better life versus being bedridden.

Watched this early morning and the "nothing comes to you overnight, needs a lot of work, discipline and love" just hit me. Been going through a tough time but i was able to get through that hurdle and it took a lot of tiny steps and your saying just made me reminisce it and it truly boosted my spirit! Always love these vlogs! I would love to hear a coffee talk or just a sit down about “body image” and the changes you’ve experience especially since wanting to gain weight to get your period back, because I’m on the same journey as well but it’s been hard with my body changing and my clothes not fitting the same and just having bad body image days and thought of just wanting to lose the weight. So looking after indoor plants is Therapuetic, I don't have to criticise the Plastic olive tree - but real greenery contributes to improved air quality!! Its my way of showing that I care LOL The studio looks lovely though, as does your natural tan products x x

I'm so surprised that a developed country like England can discharge a new mother in 24 hours. I had the pleasure of staying at my hospital in Australia for 7 days, natural birth, could have stayedlonger if delivered by c-section. This included hourly checks from my midwife, free classes, pre and postnatal classes for both parents and carers, check ups from obstetricians, midwives, paediatricians, breastfeeding/lactation consultants. All free. It cost me Absolutely nothing. My midwife and her team came to my house after I was dischargee to check up on bub, me and hubby. They made sure we were tracking, healing. Checked on how we were recovering physically and mentally. ❤ Australia

In USA they kick you out fast too. And since they wake up you and your baby every 3 hours you are happy to get out of there. Food is abysmal too.

Though I have PCOS, all dairy products, milk, yogurt, whey protein powder seem to suit my body completely and I have no issues with them so can I continue to keep dairy in my daily diet? Because all my doctors say it’s alright to have dairy and gluten with PCOS ! Also what about tofu?
