I'm pretty sure he is from an upper class family where he went to international school all his life. That's why he can speak English very well like most rich kids. You can tell where he lives and he drive to school. Most common Thai people or Thai students they don't speak English that well because they did not go to international school where English is used.

I don’t know the exact requirements as it varies for each faculty as well. It is best you do some research online about the faculty in Chulalongkorn University you’re looking to apply for, good luck!

Nice video. Hope you will do more video about Chulalongkorn university. By the way, may I know can we order food at the cafeteria in English? and when using CU shuttle bus, we have to come to the driver and tell him our destination when we are about to get off, right?
Thank you! You could attempt to order food in english but some of the vendors might not understand so you would have to point at what you want (that’s what my exchange student friends usually do). The CU pop bus has buttons on poles that you could press to let the driver know that you would like to get off at the next station. Hope this answers your question!
Sorry for bothering you again but do you know any specific reliable apartment or dormitory with acceptable price and located near Chulalongkorn University? I found a tons on renthub but not sure whether they are reliable or not
@@lamjennygrace623 Are you going to be here with an exchange program? If you are then CU iHouse is the official housing provided by Chulalongkorn University. If you are looking for a more wild party scene kind of atmosphere then I'd recommend Nonsi Residence. Most European exchange students stay there and they party a lot. However it's 3 MRT stations away from Chulalongkorn University. If you have anymore questions just feel free to ask!

Hello Pann, thanks for nice video. Next month, I will conduct my Doctor of Chemical Engineering degree at Chulalongkorn Uni with topic related to nanometals and polymers, probably closed to yours. However, I don't know what is the minimum/average living expense there for foreigner students including the rented hourse, food, transportation (bike, motorbike, car or bus), etc. Would you mind giving me some quick opinions from your experience with your international friends ? I would love to live near to the university. Hope to meet you there.
That sounds great! For accommodation near campus you should be looking for CU iHouse ( www.chula.ac.th/en/academics/life-at-cu/accommodation/). Transportation is pretty cheap and since you’re living near campus you could also use the free CU Pop Bus service to get around campus. If you also plan to eat on campus, it should cost you an average of 40 baht per meal, which is really cheap but eating out would be a different story. I'm foreiner(vietnamese). Then, do i need any licence to drive a motobike in thailand? And another thing i notice is that every video on youtube about bangkok: the weather is usually sunny, boiling; sometimes glommy but i never see the rain so i wonder if it rain alot there?
I’m pretty sure you’ll need some sort of license but you’ll have to look online. We do have a rainy season around July to October, the rest of the time it’s always hot.
