the thing i don't like about these videos is they don't elaborate on your WORK, thats the whole point of the day in my life at work videos are for. If you really do just eat, freeload and muck around all day at work then its clear you don't have an important role in the company which means they could fire you in a second.

Most of my team is global, so I take online calls. Anyway I went on a day which wasn’t compulsory for my team to go, so we didn’t have many in-person meetings.
