Buying Properties in Nicaragua? I don't Recomend it. Before 1979 there were Others Landowners, a Revolution Confiscate huge amounts of land. A Foreigner was happy with his propertie but one day came the former Owner of the Land with his Titles and Demanded 50 house owners, that Costs $$$$ to go to Courts.

I am from Nicaragua, but migrated to the United States for 35 years now. My husband and I, are thinking of going back to live in our native nation in a near future, and San Juan del Sur is one of those cities that we would choose to live in. Congratulations! Your house is beautiful, and I bet you, you don’t need that much of income to support your family since everything in Nicaragua is so cheap (if you have a dollar’s salary) You are living in a real paradise! Love it!
