I recommend a chanel name frum it up ,is a Jewish mom and she is also very especial, I think is because all Jewish women are like that their religion requires them to be very organized truthfull in everything, and help in every day life to see how this lady manages to do everything they do with the care and attention to detail the put and are not overwhelmed or unhappy, different message of the one I grew up with.

Your family works together as one. Most families the husband and children do not help today. When I grew up in an Italian household , we did the same and we respected and cared for our elders. You bring your children well. Your food recipes are so delicious.

When you use foil to cover your food to bake in the oven the shiny side of the foil should face inwards to the food. This helps the foil reflect the heat towards what you are cooking. When you store food in fridge or on counter. The shiny side can be on the outside. Hag samaech from Canada 🇨🇦 🍁

I'm not Jewish but went to a Jewish primary school in East London in the 1960s and I can still remember going across to the street to the tabernacle and passing under the sukkot and the smell stays with me to this day it was,wonderful
I never saw anyone else seasoning their food just like me, adding their own touch to store bought seasoning and not measuring anything 😍 that takes years of practice!

One pro tip I have for ya, is when you season up your food, it’s a fab time consumer for each dish you make, create your own seasonings! So that that when you do short ribs you have short rib season, salmon seasoning, chicken seasoning, so for each protein you use seasons are ready to go, and labeled in their containers. You keep your seasoning recipe on an index cards, or on your notes. For each popular dish you make you have a seasoning blend for it! Please ask me, if you have any question! I am a Professional Kosher Orthodox Chief. Work trained, family trained, and school trained! I do catering, as major work as well. I will willingly share all my knowledge with you!

As I have said before, you're incredible. With all you cook, you definitely need an instant pot! It does everything. Any meat comes out falling off the bone in half the time. Hard boiled eggs in 4 minutes. I make bone broth and chicken stock, homemade non dairy yogurt. Couldn't live without it. Especially when you cook that much food!
Just a cooking tip. When covering food up with foil to cook in oven it will take less time to cook if you put the foil on dull side up. The shiny side reflects heat so it takes longer for things to cook. Shalum 💕

The next time you do your short ribs or chunky beef, in the tray, put a rack on the bottom of the tray. Then add your beef, or chicken, turkey, or duck. You can sauce anyway you like. The rack helps keep everything crispy, and helps the heat of the oven circulate while the heat of the sauce penetrates the meat!
Since this video is a year old, I'm sure you have since learned the trick with those banneton baskets (Rice Flour). I've seen your other videos about how you make your sourdough bread, so I know you have that under control. Now about that sourdough bread. I don't know if it's some kind of self torture or just living vicariously, but as a diabetic, I do not eat any bread and rarely anything that has a higher GI (sourdough is slightly less than regular bread on the GI, but still off my menu of acceptable foods). The one thing I allow myself is Matzo ball soup on Fridays, but that is my daily allowance of carbs. At any rate, I am so incredibly impressed by your cooking and baking skills. I mean really impressed. You have such an amazing talent. It's like watching an artist in the kitchen.
