Another day another adventure. This time I am heading to Pocahontas County. I expected to do more but rain shortened the day. This is an overview of some things to do in Pocahontas County West Virginia. I am also releasing a video next week on Beartown in Pocahontas County. I also want to thank Dave for his editing. Great Greenbrier River Race 3 mile run 4 mile canoe/kayak 10 mile bike 17 total. Good Pocahontas County trip Cass Scenic Railroad and Green Bank Observatory. Enjoy your videos

I am from Pocahontas County. So much history there. The Mill Point mill was an old griss mill that was a booming place many years ago. It is still owned by the same family..the McNeils. It has been a work in progress keeping it restored. It is an amazing building. The Historical Society is helping to keep it in it's glory. Other wonderful places up there is..Cranberry Glades, Hills Creek Falls, Scenic Highway, Watoga State Park, LocustCreek Covered Bridge, the history of the music there..it is a beautiful and amazing place. I miss home.

Thank you for the information on the mill. I love traveling to Pocahontas County. There is so much to do there. At some point I plan on doing another video on the county of some of the places you mentioned.
