so cool!! i'm just 12, but i am making plans for my last year in school to go to Parson's summer school, so i need to practise English because i'm from Argentina 😊
dude same!! I don’t need help with english because i’m from england but i wish you luck!! i’m 13 and i’ve always loved fashion, it would literally be a dream of mine to get into Pardons or FIT. It’s so cool to find people my age in comment sections!!

2:43 How come you film yourself retrieving the camera back when you can just cut to yourself working as if there was no camera to pick up at all ......
I just got accepted into the intergraded design program does anyone have any experience in that major and could share more in depth how classes were and what you learned/experience also how can I tell if I received scholarships
hi! So I think Ella Snyder (another Parsons RU-vidr) was in integrated design for a bit. My friend was in integrated as well and I heard mixed reviews about it- but they weren't the best things. I think classes are literally make your own project kind of thing and the teacher was just there to give general feedback and make sure deadlines were respected. The pro of it is that it is super super open so you can do whatever you want- but the downside is it seems you REALLY have to know what you want out of this major to prep you for internships and things like that. At least knowing myself, I don't think I would've gotten as much out of this major as I did Communication Design, but everyone's story is different and you should weigh the pros and cons to see for yourself! :) You can know if you received merit scholarship in your acceptance letter~ :) it should say you won x amount per academic year. Hope this helps! - Sharon
@@sharonyeunkim omg thank you, you explained it so much better than the school did. Yeah I’m not too sure I want to keep that major... is it easy to request to add a minor on? Or just to switch my major in general?
@@sharonyeunkim I picked that major because I want to pursue film but I also love fashion design, so I thought it would be a way I can still work on both. However I’m not too sure if they can help me with the film aspect, and I do want more teacher involvement not just all on my own.
@@seraibogran got you! So what I would do is major in fashion design (from what I hear it will be pretty brutal) because you will have that aspect of accountability from your peers + teacher to make projects. Then take electives or minor in film. Or go other way around and perhaps major in photography then minor in fashion journalism? I dont think there's a fashion design minor but you can definitely play around with it. If I were you and you do love fashion design- then major in fashion, then minor in the other. It is very easy to switch. You will get a switch major form at end of freshman year in the spring. I have never heard of anyone getting rejected from switching majors (ex: me switching from fashion to communication design!) also your merit scholarship stays the exact same which is awesome. Cheers :) hope to see you on campus this fall! - Sharon
God Loves you all!!! And congratulations to anyone else that woke this morning. God loves you man. Stay safe, talk to God, He will listen and accept you. :D
