A Day In The Life. Is Living Alone In A Van All It's Made Out To Be? 

In all my travels, I found that keeping my personal gear in order created a sense of calm….which made the “not knowing” in a nomadic life, somehow easier…certain routines seem to allow a radical sense of freedom. I once spoke to an arctic explorer who said he would become obsessed with thoroughly brushing his teeth every morning….he said in all the cold and unending white landscape, having that ritual from home comforted him! As you were looking out the right window you could see some of the Casinos I was employed with. I am now retired, thank goodness. Staying in sticks and bricks or on the road-life is all about routine. Love that Johnny Cash song. I love the freedom of the road-there is nothing like it. I can stay put awhile, but I always hear it calling me. Been hanging in a central place for a bit, with shorter excursions, but I’m hitting the long road in May and can’t wait. There are people that just like rambling and folks that stay parked. Both are fine-do what feeds your soul.

Hey Tosh happy to see you had a video up , Wish I had a similar vehicle fixed up such as yours , Id love to be able to just drive off and not worry about having to find a motel for me and the up. which is in the making for me to go to New Brunswick, I just want to be able to pull over and camp. your blessed to have your set up, I have my SUV, I could sleep in it though, Your fortunate to be where you are at the moment as it is cold in Ontario. Was that the hydromassage bed you were on at Planet fitness they are so relaxing. regardless awesome to relax a be away from crowds of people eh. be Safe on your travels back

Lol at least you are riding yours! Old Joe’s is sitting in his garage collecting dust! Nah just giving old Joe a hard time since he is my favorite youtuber and I’ve heard him say something about getting in shape and I think you go to the gym as well but mountain biking is one of the best exercise you can do and you can go to beautiful places and have some adventures from a different perspective on 2 wheels! Keep up the good work!

None of your travel videos are in the section called Popular. Traveling around the USA is a diversion no doubt and fun and exploratory I don't feel it's the real you. I love the camping fishing and white water rafting videos they're the best. Okay sure throw in a camper van video once in awhile, to stretch your legs.

Tosh, been subscribed for a while. Think about getting another dog. First saw you and Joe together, and you had such fun. Now you seem at peace and centered, but the road by yourself is draining, and you can always count on a dog to lift your spirits. Just saying.

You seem a little lost Tosh. Life on the road can be taxing. You need to get back in the woods.
