Thank you so much, that is so sweet of you! Im so glad that my videos are helping you! if you have any questions at all feel free to dm me on instagram! :-)
Hi! So this is actually kind of a tough question. I would say that it definitely depends on what your major is and the year of school that you are in. Since I am a freshman in nursing, most of my classes have about half the nursing class in them (about 75-100) while the other half of the nursing class takes the other class (ex: half the class takes microbio, half takes chem and then we switch). This is not the case for all of my classes though; two of my classes right now have less than 30 people in them! As I get older, I have heard that the classes can get more specific and smaller. I can not say much for other majors but the class sizes can vary by a lot just depending on what class it is. Sorry if that was confusing I hope it helps! If you have any other questions let me know!
hey I’m really interested in Pitt for nursing. Could you make a video on your stats and what helped you get in for nursing because I know it’s hard to get into for nursing and idk if my stats are good enough
Hey, Namaste from India. I'm so happy I submitted my application to the university of Pittsburgh for the spring of 2023 semester as an int. freshman student. I hope I'll get admission to The University Of Pittsburgh.
I live in Pittsburgh and I’m a 6th grader in middle school. My dream collage is Pitt because I’m a Pitt panthers fan. I want to go there because of their sports
@@bby_angellllll I don't attend anymore...that was back in the 90's. Pitt was a beautiful campus, vertical more than horizontal which I liked b/c there was no taking buses anywhere except to go to the sports events up in Trees Hall. Some of the professors were really bad but some were really good too. From what I can see now it's really grown and there are a lot more amenities. God bless~
I’m literally a freshman in high school and I have Keystones tomorrow that I’m so nervous about. I want to go into occupational therapy so far and I am set to go to Pitt. These videos make me feel so much better I don’t know why 😂
I just got into Pitt's pre-occupational therapy program and was guaranteed into their grad school as a senior in high school! It's great you know what you want to do and where you want to go early on in high school, good luck!!
I am a junior in hs and am just getting into college stuff and such. I am in the foundation of medical course in my county but I don’t know if it would necessarily help. I really want to get into Pitt’s nursing program but it’s kinda competitive and i’m afraid i won’t stick out enough. If you could make a video on how you got in and tips/tricks that would be great!
I’m not in the business school so I can’t personally help with that but I know people in the business school who had around a 1200 sat but I’m not sure about gpa! I’m sure it depends on a lot of factors
Heyy loved watching your video. Also is getting accepted in pitt hard? I am planning to apply to pitt , but I am really worried whether I will get accepted or not..
Ramisa Tahsin hi! I’m glad you enjoyed the video :-) it definitely depends on which school you are applying for and what your scores are! Since I am in the nursing school, i can tell you that it is definitely more competitive than the general school. I don’t know much about the other schools though! Try to keep your grades up and get your standardized testing scores as high as you can! Let me know if you have any other questions!
@@carolinepizzella5626 Thank you so much for replying. I might ask you some questions again, in case of any confusion. Hope it's okay with you. Thanks again. :)
hello. would you mind telling me how many extracurriculars did you do and what classes did you take as a high school student? You made Pitt sound intriguing.
As far as extracurricular I did varsity swimming, musical, NHS, and a few other clubs as well as chamber choir. For classes, I took mainly APs my junior and senior year. I took AP bio, AP chem, AP psych, AP literature, AP Lang and Comp, and CHS (college in high school) Latin
Korean BBQ for nursing, I would go with stats because you have to take a stats class in the program! For the general school I don’t think it matters :) I didn’t even take an AP math class
