Id love to live and go to school in japan but there are 3 main problems: 1 - the laguage barrier and 2 - I am a basketball player 6ft3 and still growing. I'd have no chance fitting my legs under those tables 3 - I'm 17 my school life is almost over man i wish it was like the matrix. Plug into a computer and insta learn japanese
maths check . now you are free to go . so much stereotypes xD anyway 6ft3 and still .... growing , da hell xD da hellllllll ... where do you live bro .
Gosh their schools are so simplistic, just desks and chalk boards, I think it would be so much simpler and easier for people to learn with 1 teacher and a chalk board instead of learning off of computers and shit. That's why I love Japanese schools, they're very resourceful
Why are people acting so surprised that school in Japan isn't like it is in anime?? IS school in America like High School Musical? iCarly? Victorious? No... You can't base an entire country's school experience on television. Come on now.
Dude, if I could do something that would force me to practice and learn Japanese for an hour a day, I'd willingly do it, I want to learn and travel to Japan so bad, I've always loved the look of Japan, the look of the buildings, the look of everything! I hope I can atleast travel to there some time :(
Dude. There's leassons on Japanese on RU-vid. This would be my inpiration, if I had a reason to learn it. As it stands now, the only reason I'd learn it. Would be only to be able to watch anime without subs. I don't see myself in Japan in the future. But I'd love to go
I study everyday for 2.5 years and still studying. Watashi wa mada benkyou shite, soshite (2.5) ni han nenkan tame mainichi benkyou shitemasu. 私はまだ勉強をして、そして2.5年間ため毎日勉強をしてます。Look for Tomoko and Gimmeaflakeman on youtube, tell them I sent you.
+Luis Palomino Well, if we're watching this video, we're probably all weeaboos. There's nothing wrong with being interested in anothers culture. It's as if the only created hateful term towards those interested Japan... is Japan and not for Canada, Italy, Germany, Russia, China, America, Mexico or any other culture that people may become interested in wholeheartedly. Stop being ashamed.
+johnny Asuno Anime has been a major influence on people's curiosity. And I don't think there is anything wrong with being introduced through several mediums. But anyone who thinks the real country is completely like an anime is possibly a person that has lost complete touch with reality. Animes and movies are often exaggerated for entertainment purposes. Just like American shows are often over-exaggerated for entertainment purposes.
Usually its split up but it was a special day. I think it was the yearly marathon they have so all the years are put together~ Though I only filmed the 3rd year students~ They were separated by different T-Shirt colors~ 3rd year students were wearing Blue :)
to all the people saying it isn't like the anime what anime have you been watching, because i have seen school life- genre anime with characters that look almost exactly like the ones in this video. Besides..its still a school, so it can only be so much different from american and elsewhere schools.
wow the building looks so nice and new! the school I'm in in England is over 300 years old and the school has no budget to refurbish it and it's gonna collapse send helppppp
"doesn't look like an anime" "why aren't they doing anime a-like things?" "What the hell, this is nothing like the anime.." I pity humanity. How does the thought process of fiction animation resolve around reality? Anime is a fantasy, it DOES NOT, in anyway possible, relate to the real world. It's FANTASY, not REALITY, get a grip!
THANKS SO MUCH ~~~ :) The kids were amazing. The room is always separated with the boys and girls not because they have to be but because the kids are actually quite shy. The boys hang with the boys and the girls hang with the girls.
I can't believe most of the people in the comments are truly shocked that REAL Japanese school is completely different from FANTASY Japanese school portrayed by anime. Get a grip people you can't live in a cartoon. =.=
The Japanese kids are so friendly and sociable but to be honest schools can be a bit too strict at times. Though this school was really nice, great balance between the school rules and the student's freedom. I wish i could film more in this school but I had limited time.
+William Lavelle germany is just boring. You go to school, have six lessons. It's just nah. I want to try something newy something different from german...
And in japan you'll have 12 lessons a day and go home at noon, sleep and repeat. How is it less boring than Germany? FFS GET IN THE REAL WORLD! Anime is not fucking real. japan is MORE BORING than western countries..their society is shit, its oppressive and its aimed only at making people into robots. No feelings, no fun, no sense of community, just fake formalism and hierarchy, Thats why they draw anime. Because they are SO REPRESSED AND AUTISTIC that they NEED to IMAGINE adifferent Japan to vent off the frustration for their oppressive society.
If by any chance I move to japan while still able to go to school. I would find the most popular girl and do something to make her laugh then yell (if she is older or higher grade than me) SEMPAI NOTICED ME!!!!!! XD OMFG I would love to do that! XD
Of course, anime is another world. It's not Japan. They just happen to speak it. I'd still go to Japan. The people are nice, and the place is sugoi!. and kawaiiiiiii. man the forest's down there are awesome. But I fear of verious bugs :-/
Well anime is just cartoons with imagination, but in real life, their not gonna have pink spiky hair, their gonna have just regular hair, or magic things happening, its just a Japanese school, where people go to learn. PS. If u were just joking, then my comment had no meaning to u
EyotaWolfz That's true but I've talked with a japanese friend, and as we have seen, here it's harder than japan, in japan they normally go to school from 8:30 to 3:30, but they have classes in the morning and go to the club in the afternoon, here in Cost Rica we go to school form 7 to 4 or 5 and we don't have clubs, we have classes all the fuc... day. T_T so Japanese school are the best because they know that it's not just study and study, they know that the students needs to release some stress by doing club activities.
I remember watch this when 2015, I was still on highschool. Now reccomended again on my page. This crazy, time have gone over. But RU-vid algorithm make suprising to me.
For some reason Japanese school girls are more popular than Japanese school boys on the online community~ Personally I think the Japanese boys are cute as well ~ Maybe next time I should make one just with boys :) Also the boys footage I had was basically them sitting all shy~ it was cute but I wanted to see them do their daily routine without being camera shy. These girls were fantastic! I have so much more footage with them. Maybe I should cut another video~
Though many people are disappointed that it's like a regular school and not like anime, Most anime schools at least look like this. multiple floors, hallways with big windows, the class name thing that sticks out in front of the door, bento box lunch, etc. My school has like, no windows at all, there is no room dedicated to lockers they just spread them out throughout the school hallways. the school is basically comprise of a ton of hallways with no feeling of openness. also the class names are just taped on the door. just my thoughts kinda random ik.
I agree !! These girls were AMAZING and they ALWAYS had a smile on their face and they were ALWAYS teezing each other haha there was never a dull moment!!:)
You are correct! :D I live in Osaka, and people wear them if a cold is going around or people around them are sick and they don't want to catch it, in some places they wear them because of pollution, and some people wear them if they haven't brushed their teeth. xD
OH YES THEY WERE! hahaha and they were dancing to it as well hahaha and they did it with gangnam style as well DURING a school marathon hahaha~~ SILLY GIRLS ~~~ I LOVE THEM!! gosh i want to go back and film them again ~~
I don't know why schools in Poland aren't as fun as in Japan. In my country students learn hard, but won't have job in the future. In Japan job is all the time! :( I like Japan so I'm going to learn Japanese - I think that is beautiful language. Sorry if i did some mistake ;)
I wish more public high school's in America actually provided a uniform to teach kids to wear appropriate school wear for when learning and for jobs in the future and not just cause its cool to everyone
If a Japanese high school student were to come to an American high school, I guarantee they would not want to leave because their school rules are beyond strict in Japan. by the way, some Japanese students came to my school to see how it feels to be an American student and we showed them a time of their lives. They cried because they had to leave and wanted to stay due to the freedom American students have compared to the strict rules in Japanese High Schools.
Due to having close contact almost wherever you go, the risk of catching a cold or other forms of communicable illnesses, many people choose to wear masks to protect themselves. In some cases, people who are sick but still go to work or school wear masks so not to spread germs to others.
big difference between japan and Norway O.o High school in Norway all students have free wifi, and we get equipped with one laptop first semester. we get paid for studying D: and most of us have a car the 3 semester D:
If you think about it....Japan really have alot of similar features for example: Schools, Locker shoes, Girl hanging out, Masks and many other different stuff. Due I really want to know how Japanese people act.
simillar features to *where*? Theres 195 other countries you could be talking about. If you're talking about the USA, it's not similar at all. Lockers is the only thing. School is different. You have to wear slippers? And Japanese girls are not like your typical american girls either. And they're wearing masks.
Throughout history, Japan has been shown to isolate itself from other countries. Only recently (and by recently I mean the past 50-60 years or so), Japan has opened its borders. This is opposite of the US and Europe where they've diffused and mixed for a long long long long time.
Also in Bigger cities like Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka is were you will see the Gaijin. I think the foreigners mostly prefer to stay in the bigger and more convenient cities. Some do live in country sides as well. Especially the English teachers who didn't really have a choice because they were placed there.
I'm pretty sure that in a real Japanese school, it can't be that all students wear the same white socks because there will always be some that decides to wear black socks or navy blue socks other than white socks
Try looking into exchange programs~~~ they SERIOUSLY LOOOOOOVE exchange students~~ you will have the time of your life :) even though the schools can be EXTREMELY strict but its still super fun to be there.
Dude, sign me up. The thing that's great about schools in Japan is that everyone looks the same and you wear the same outfits so no one can make fun of you. And the people look like they're having so much fun at school! Wish I could have fun at school. :T
I want to go to a restaurant with my friends like that! And go to a mall - I’ve never done that before with my friends...*sobs quietly* and I want to try bento boxes, hehe
i knew Japan by Drama and Manga like Doraemon, Conan, Black Jack... i know some Vietnamese think about Japan with JAV but i'm not and when watched your video i can trust my opinion that Japan is a best country. Education, style living and culture. I love Japan. ( in Video i can see : Sandals in classroom, Shoes sport and when you eat something all of you swear before do, very good and very respect ). Fogive me if i wrote wrong something.
Her name is Rina~ she is very cute, smart AND she speaks FLUENT English~~ Popular with the boys ;) ~ I will let her know you think she is cute~ she will be happy to hear it ~ :)
According to my knowledge through anime one of the students that sits to the corner next to the window of the class either has a harem or a reserve harem depending on the gender of the student t
what do people mean 'not like an anime'?! yeah maybe the pupils don't look like an anime character (duh) but the school itself is exactly like shows ive seen!
work a little, save some cash, look for some tickets off season because the tickets will be super cheap then. pack ur bags and then head to japan :) see if you can save up for the shinkansen pass because its such a life saver and you can travel all over Japan cheaply with it. i will root for ya :) if u do decide to go ill let you know about cheap places to stay and super cheap but DELICIOUS foods to eat~stay away from touristy restaurants if you want to save money.go eat where the locals eat :)
U can still go on exchange if u juss graduated from high school ppl have done tht n it's better tht way so u DNT have to worry so much bout ur Skool n grades at ur country .
