Episode 54: For this episode we went to Rockingham County High School and Met up with NC State Pitcher Coby Ingle. We start off the day getting a good stretch and then throwing a bullpen. The we head over to the high Schools track and he runs a few Different sprints. After that we went to his house, and go some work in in the gym. This is his Freshman year at NC State so be sure to look out for him this upcoming 2021 Baseball Season.
