A Day In The Life Of... Harry McEntire | The Last Kingdom 

I hated this character by the end of the third season. I wanted him dead. Which means he nailed it playing this role. Great actor.

Eliza Butterworth and Harry McEntire have some incredible acting skills. I 100% loathe their characters on screen, but off screen they seem like very pleasant people.

He is one of the best characters in the show, and the actor really does a superb job with him. You can't help but like and dislike him at the same time, with equal pity and disgust. That's very finely done. He literally stole the groveling scene, what an amazing development in just a few minutes. I think it is my favourite scene in the whole series, and I like this show very much. The other great character for me is Alfred. It's so unsympathetic that you start hating him but at the same time you understand that, in a weird way, perhaps that is how things have to be done. A very strong character played by another fantastic actor

It's a strange thing seeing Alfred's wife (sorry, her name eacapes me) being young and playful. In the show, I just despise her! She is a great actress!

Had to see him as a normal person so I could stop hating him as his character.

Great character. He has a shit ton of depth in the show.. You hate him, then you love him, then you hate him again, and repeat the process.

When he was punished by Alfred, his face going from relief to panic was some of the best acting I ever saw. I felt his fear.

She is really cute! :) seems to be a very sweet person IRL. Her character seems always so grumpy though xD But the actress herself is so lovely! Great to see!

The actors who play total asses on screen are always the nicest people in real life haha bravo performance man, nailed it in season 3!

Some truly top-notch actors on this show. David Dawson (Alfred) made one of the strongest performances of any character I've seen in the last several years. It's rare to feel so sad over a character dying, especially when it's known to be inevitable to the audience.

I love how the two most hated characters on the show are actually really good friends. Go figure lol. Such amazing actors

This dude slayed in this show! His character's change from being a drunken but witty fool to a bitter, throne hungry, treacherous man was great. Also, everyone slays in this show. It's one of the main reasons I love it. So well cast!

This guys character is really starting to grow on me, I'm glad the developed his character.

Even though I despise both of their characters, Harry and Eliza especially seem like great people. All the cast are fantastic. But Uhtred needs to settle on like one chick lol

I loved Aethelwold a lot. He wasn’t the stereotypical devious coward. I got a very maniacal vibe from him and I think that is due to the splendid effort out in by literally everyone behind this wonderful show.

Æthelwold is 10 lbs of AWESOME squeezed into a 5 lb bag!!! He's always had Uhtred's back... Ever since last season, when Alfred sentenced them to GROVEL before the whole town, and he did for them both. Saving Uhtred the humiliation! That was a great scene, he did it like a BOSS! 😜

He is amazing. The sarcasm is spot on. The way he taunts the situations is so impeccable. Awesome. Don't kill him in the show please. I am yet to see the 3rd Season.

He is a spectacular actor. Not once during my viewings did he ever break character or fail to convince me that he was the character he was portraying.

5:02 she looks great when her hair is down!!! I mainly thought of her as not a "pretty" character, but she seems like such a lively gal in real life... so odd how well actors and actresses can pretend to be someone they are not.

I'd say we all miss Aethelwold, but in reality, we really don't, dude was a grass snake who thought he was a python. That said, Harry did an outstanding job bringing the character to life and to give him depth. Even in season 3, I felt myself having sympathy for him at times. He's a perfect example of someone who's been screwed over and abandoned so many times that he finally decides that he's had enough, but does everything wrong once he's made that decision.

The acting all round is superb tbh this whole show is incredibly good
