Since we’ve started training for a men’s and women’s physique competition next year, some changes in our schedule have changed ... one of them our morning walks /exercise for Journey Bug. We’ve notice how much this change has affected her lately so we’ve been trying to incorporate new changes that benefit her, and us, throughout the day.
