For my birthday last year, my brother surprised me with a Scott Hanson cameo video, and Scott put a hilariously high amount of effort and emotion into it. Best birthday present I ever received.

This was awesome, Scott is a beast. To commentate for 7 straight hours is flat out insane! Not to mention, no peeing or eating, I would get an insta headache by then. Shows how important routine and dieting is. You can see how much fun Scott has doing it, which also adds to an awesome viewer experience! Thanks Scott!

I remember when ESPN would sometimes so a "behind the scenes" of SportsCenter on ESPN2 while SC was airing on ESPN. You got to see how things were done while the show was live. I would LOVE to watch a version of that for RedZone. See how the produce the show on the fly and see Hanson's reactions to everything.

I have two things that Scott Hanson says every week that gets my Sunday going: Shortly at 10:00 AM on the West Coast: "Seven hours of commercial free football starts now." At around 12:15 PM on the West Coast, the next quote that gets me juiced is when Hanson said, "It's the Witching Hour. When wins become losses and losses become wins."

I'm impressed, and even inspired, by how work ethic, and sheer love for what he does. It's pretty easy to take for granted what he does for NFL fans by doing Redzone. But man, it sure as Hell wouldn't be Redzone without Scott Hanson.
