Watch Rob ‘Ruthless’ Varricchio get ready for his coming up fight. Rob has a daily routine that helps him stay focused: he wakes at 7.30, has breakfast and heads to Tiger Schulmann’s Elmwood Park to start his daily training. He trains all the different aspects needed to get him to be the best in the ring.
Once he goes into a fight he completely transforms, he feels that that’s where he’s supposed to be.
After he’s done with his training he switches into teacher mode. Everything he has, he owns to his mom and his way of honoring her is to try and give to others what he received from her. He teaches at Tiger Schulmann’s New Dorp along with Sensei Delany, who was his own Sensei and whom he credits for teaching him so much and for being a crucial figure in his life.
This is a day in his life.
