Triskelion is definitely one of the most popular Celtic Symbols. This twisted character reflects the Celtic belief that everything important is made up of threes. The Triskelion has three clockwise curves connected from a central point. The name of the symbol is derived from the Greek word “Triskele”, which means “Three-legged”. The triple helix (the second name of Triskelion), is one of the most famous and ancient ornaments on the planet, commonly used to refer to the sun or the energy of etheric radiation.

I feel like something people should understand is that this content should really be just for YOU (Craig and Amy). It should be about filming what you want, when you want and how you want and for you to watch and enjoy in the future. We are so lucky that you are sharing your lives with us and even being vulnerable with us at times.. First! You two brighten my day. My dog died last February and we were gutted by her passing. Then this February my father passed and then in April, my sister passed. 2023-2024 has been rough. But the lightness of your videos really takes me out of my reality. Thank you is not enough to offer you for what you provide me each Sunday.

The symbol on the stone is a triskele symbol and represents the triple goddess who protects. It’s a symbol of the divine feminine. She could be a sign - a message to you to have faith that you’re in protected hands

You need to set up a compost in a back corner! I totally get the idea of feeling bad for cutting down plants that took so much energy to grow, but when you compost them, the energy is not wasted, you can get great soil back from them which new plants can thrive on 🙂

Love the decision to merge the two designs. #3 was the one i liked but I think you were right to merge the two love love love all the stonework. Reminds me of back home in Nova Scotia. Prayers for your dad and family.

I love the overgrown look of all the flowers. All the pollinators love it too! Really should wait to cut back until the flowers die. Especially if you plan to have a food garden. ❤

I see you have the dreaded Scotchbroom in the backyard. If you don't get rid of it it will take over everything. I live in WA state and we have Scotchbroom brought over here by a lady from Scotland and it is the bane of WA's coast. So this is the only advice I will give you during the build! I am thoroughly enjoying watching you guys renovate-sending lots of positive building vibes!

At 10:47 the plant next to you thats green and as small white flowers is called Solomon Seal .. i have it growing in my Michigan home.

That's an Oriental Poppy (the large red one) 😊 It won't produce any seeds which is good since poppies can spread like wildfire. After it has finished flowering, cut the entire plant down to about 7cm and it should flower one more time before winter. Since it's a perennial, it's low maintenance as well 👍 Good find!

And the third time cancer survivors so there is hope..... Thank you for modern medicine and all the treatments that are now available...... It's so good to see your smiling faces..... I have my first surgery next week which is an amputation then a inverted upside down shoulder replacement and then brain surgery.. the biggest thing that I can tell people is keep your sense of humor..... I kind of have a dark sense of humor so I make fun of it all the time...... But if any family deserves God's blessings and healing is you all

Also, the garden reminds me a bit of the garden in Coraline, with all the different kinds of flowers, and a bit magical. I'm excited for the prospect of Aims doing a line of hair accessories for people who want or need them. You're the perfect person for it. The house is going to be amazing with the smashup and I love that you guys have chosen to make your bedroom where the current living room is. So glad t see you back to your usual (slightly whacky) selves....love that curley wig! Just a quick note....re garden Re the Lily you showed in the garden ( really mature clump!,lol!) If it said " perenial" lily....all that means is that it comes back each year! As opposed to " annual" meaning full life span of plant within the year....n " bi- annual" meaning it takes 2yrs to flower/ mature....such as foxgloves( wildflower -Digitalis) n sweet williams.They just grow leaves n stalk the first year....n produce flowers n seeds the next! When you planning your garden....it might be helpfu (and cheeper)l to have perenials....as a basic " skellington....n add your annuals f splashes of colour each year! If you want t have spring bulbs like daffodills n tulip n hyacynths....they mostly planted ( deep!) in september- ish! Hope you have as much fun creating your outdoor space as you do with the house! X

Me and my partner bought a 120 Yr old terrace. I tiled the bathroom, wore the full hasmat suit (white suite that serial killers wear) I was in lofts pulling out fibre glass etc etc. My neice was looking at me in disgust, as if to say auntie toni, this is a man's job.. I was wallpapering age 13, when ya dad's not about ya learn to do things. Hats off to the joint effort.. I am envious already.. in a good way.. Its going to be stunning guys xx

If you want to learn the pipes you can always join a local pipe band in the area, there's plenty in your surrounding area, I used to go to Ballater pipe band when I was younger. They'll usually do a weekly session teaching people the songs on chanter and progress to bagpipes as it'll take some practice with controlling your breathing, keeping bag inflated and playing.

Great job so far you guys- the property looks great!! Not sure if you know this yet (and I hate to add to your to do list) but all the lovely yellow bushes around your parking area are scotch broom plants which are super invasive and highly flammable plants (high oil content= forest fire risk- though I'm not sure that's relevant to your area). Cutting broom when it's in bloom is the perfect time to stop it from seeding and spreading (you'll see black seed pods where each flower was and soon they'll pop open and spread a miiiiiiillion seeds to make baby plants) and cutting them back now during blooming will stop vital energy from renewing the plant which helps kill them off. Since you're going to be epic gardeners soon and these plants will be a problem for your future gardener selves, just wanted to give you the heads up in case this wasn't on your radar yet! Keep up the great work!

If those carved stone pieces were actually underground, you might want to show photos to your local museum to see how old they are.

The orange flowers in the field are wild, and are called the Indian Paintbrush 🧡 They're beautiful... And those grow here in northeastern NY State as well. Your place is amazing, and so beautiful 😍 I love that you're taking us along 💕
