With the actual content this video could have been 2 minutes tops. It's like adding extra words to a job title to make it sound more important. Team Member, Retail Associate = Cashier.

If anyone needs help with Industry advice lmk I’d love to help you out 🤗🤗 Edit: For those who feel as though there's 'no content' I wish you would KEEP THE SAME ENERGY with every other tech youtuber I've seen on this platform because compared to EVERY 'day in the life' video on this platform that I've seen I'm not understanding why you guys are so hostile in MY comments compared to everyone else's I literally ctfu at them tbh cause y'all would NEVER say this to anyone else so I'm very baffled by the remarks. I actually showed a piece of code unlike literally HALF these youtubers with 10k+ subscribers lol. People can LOSE THEIR JOB for showing too much or even any code at all, but to each his own.

This is definitely more interesting than the day in the life of software engineers. I was recently offered a QA engineer position, I was wondering how your transition into the position has been? Do you like working on the other side of software(as compared to a developer)?

Evan hey great question! I’m actually coming out with some more QA content this week so hopefully that will answer some of your questions and I will admit I really do enjoy QA over a developer position so far! But it’s nice to have that flexibility to switch between a QA or developer role so it really is based on preference and what interests you!

Your test code really shouldn't have any direct access to the Selenium api. You should abstract that away so that your test itself will rarely need to be updated unless the requirements change.

I see that you are using C# for automation. O ne thing I would like to point out is that , you should never directly use your web elements directly in your tests. The best practice is to create a separate page library and bring them in through their respective methods.

What school did you go to and how long did it take for you to become qualified in the field? Did you have any prior experience? Do you have any school recommendation's? Say I want to work or a company online, so I may live a life where I can travel, is it possible? What are the hours like in a day? How much of your time is obligated by the company when it comes to meetings?

I was hoping to find some more day to day work related content... Unfortunately you mostly talked about the train to work for nearly half the video. You don't need the shakey shafts and filters and such. Shame really. I'm sure there is more to it than this video shows.

I dont have degree on IT . I talked to a "personal teacher" and he told me that it is better to be QA/Tester because it is a bit easier for someone who has not degree on IT . He said that he suggest it to everyone who has not degree. He said that i will learn python, sql ect ect ect .... I said him that i am police officer at Europe Union country and i want to change my job , i want to go to U.K.. I asked him if there is a way to connect my previous job and the new one in IT , in my CV. He said that everything in IT can not connect in police. Do you agree with this ? That nothing can connect and that the only easy way for someone who has not degree in IT is QA/tester . Could someone be at first QA/Tester and if he want it , he will change it to be software developer later ? Has it good salary? Will it be useful for ever ( i mean QA) or IT INDUSTRY will change it with automatic tools without people soon ???

That just had me ctfu I do get that question asked in person more than you think lol but it's a lot easier to use a Mac than a windows laptop because the keyboard is super sleek and more user friendly
