Yeah, so, LMNT, is really good. I notice that I have a bit more stamina with my physical activities and don't feel as drained by the end of the day. I am trying to work out the timing but also trying to figure out how much I should actually be taking. Usually for me it has been one packet a day, in my first 32 oz bottle. I usually try to drink a gallon of water a day. Have any of you been taking more than one packet a day?
It depends on how active you are! Normal activity = 1 or 2 per day but if you are going harddddd then more than that after each water draining activity is a good call!
