Long time silent watcher but I just wanted to speak up for once to say how much I love your videos - I feel like I'm catching up with a girlfriend whenever I watch your vlogs (gosh that sounds a bit sad actually haha I do have real friends too) and I look forward to sitting back with a cup of tea when you put up something new. Side note - Kombucha is pretty mainstream here in Australia. I live in Sydney and you can get it in cafes, supermarkets, health food shops, I've even seen it on tap at a pub - it's bloody everywhere. A tip to avoid seedy bucha belly - try having only a small glass if you're having it on an empty stomach. Otherwise enjoy the whole bottle before, during or after a meal. You can also get loads of different flavours like elderflower, ginger or apple which you might enjoy even more, but check the ingredients to make sure those additives are still "real" so you're not undoing all the good work of the buch! It's also actually super easy to make your own kombucha if you can get your hands on a scobi....and so cheap too! Only the price of a few tea bags and a cup of sugar 😊

Love that zucchini in oats idea! I also put spinach at the base of my oatmeal-since it's warm, it wilts the spinach and it mixes in just perfectly!

I can relate to working from home, I love my job but it does get lonely sometimes. #NoHate but isn't their food portions in their meals are somewhat small? Maybe because I am from a Jamaican family, but I would be starving all the time, no?

Funny how now everyone is obsessed with kefir and in my country is basically the drink to the cheapest and easiest dinner option: boiled potatoes sprinkled with some dill and fried egg :D Tastes amazing as a smoothie with strawberries as well ;)

Just a word of advice on coworking spaces: I'd recommend choosing one with cheap or free parking or that you can walk to- otherwise the expense of traveling there will make you less likely to go!

Adding courgette: soooo good! Have you ever made courgetti?.That's courgette done through a spiral grater 😂. Than you cook it for 2 seconds, add whatever sauce you like, eat it whith eyes closed....you'd swear it's regular pasta! The same consistancy! As for adding strange veggies, have you ever added avocado to the brownie batter? Makes it sooooo smoooooth!

You should try water kefir, you can buy the grains super cheap and it's really cheap to ferment at home, it's amazing for your body, better than milk kefir in my opinion. the kombucha probably didn't sit well because they normally recommend for fermented gut health drinks like kefir and kombucha you start drinking a little bit at a time and slowly increase, suddenly drinking a lot can startle your gut and make it react negatively, which undoes all the benefits of drinking it

You can make kombucha and kefir yourself - it tastes great and is a lot of fun to make :) oh and there is something called water-kefir which is very similar to kombucha :D

If the Kombucha had stevia in it that might be why you felt ill, for many stevia makes your gut react as you aren't used to digesting it. Xx love the vlogs
