If you're on the go rice cakes with everything you put in your oatmeal is a good gluten-free, vegan option.... example: rice cakes with smeared peanut butter, apples, cinnamon and banana. You can use two rice cakes to make a sandwich and slide it in a ziploc baggie. It travels well and is a great snack. I'm allergic to nuts so I do rice cakes with hummus, alfalfa sprouts, red onion and cherry tomatoes. For breakfast I'm more of a smoothie person. I do strawberries, banana, peaches, spinach, and oat milk. I also add a teaspoon of hemp seeds and chia seeds.

You definitely need to branch out with your eating . I know you’ve struggled with an eating disorder , as I have , But your diet seems to be limited to oatmeal, occasional salmon, and salad. Very restrictive eating.
