Sorry but title should be lunch or dinner with IAS....one suggestion if title is a day with IAS you should capture daily role Responsibilities, office work, practical challenge on field etc etc....

IAS and other sarkari Jobs should be privatised and renamed as IPWMS Indian Public Welfare Management Services. Let MBA's and other graduates and PG's directly apply and get give an interview only without any written exam, based on merit and capability only. No reservation, nothing. Then see how Indian administration changes. Lots of Respect to DM.

It will depend on the particular person. How someone can tell something? If you wish to become a doctor give neet and pg exams, otherwise choose other career. Similar is the case with upsc
