There is a charm about the older IPhone design. I moved from the se 2020 to an IPhone 13 mainly due to the frustrating battery. But loved everything about it and miss it
100% agree. I still casually use my iphone 7, which I bought in 2018. I just can't get rid of it, even when it needed the battery replacement - I went for it. My main phone rn is 14 pro max. At first, I upgraded to iPhone 11, and I got rid of it as soon as I bought 14 Pro Max, 0 affection.
@@maths98_i loved my 7 as well, 7’s camera was so good on daylight (even better than 12’s) and the 16:9 aspect ratio is just ✨ Currently using 12, not satisfied with it, i would have gone for SE 3rd but didnt because of battery and heating issues while gaming, now looking forward to 4th generation.

Hi, I wanted to purchase Se 2020, but I don't know when I tested its hotspot the battery was running out so fast. I use a hotspot most of my day, and it's backup is low, should I consider buying it? I'm in love with SE 2020 but due it's low backup on hotspot 😢🥺😭
Thank you for watching and commenting! I personally never used hotspot, so I can’t say anything about it😢 But I’d say with the SE 2’s battery capacity, any intense activity will drain the battery quickly, so you might wanna consider a phone with better battery…?
I use it as a secondary phone with my S20 FE, they are a pretty good duo, social media and videos on the iPhone, S20 FE for the rest. I love them both.
I’m using if from since 2020 oct 19th…… it lovable daily 2 times charging 😂😂 but its compact size was awesome….. for content watching I’m using iPad Pro ❤ expect for content watching iPhone SE 2020 is the best mobile which I ever used 😢😢

Sis, idk if u already knew this, but I think it's possible to keep battery condition after replacing it, u need to keep original flex tho, so it can recognize it as such. Take in mind I'm not a technician, but I've seen several repairing vids and they seem to do this often, they even promote it. Just saying, in case u use this info in the future. Anyway, I'd advice u to ask people that actually knows about this.
I didn’t know that! But when I searched for local electronic stores that do battery replacements, all of them said the battery health won’t show after putting in an unofficial battery. But it’d be nice if the battery health percentage still appears after the replacement…!
Wish iphone kept the circle button cause that's differentiate it from other phones. I kinda like the button or its just me.. the size of the phone is so nice to hold like my galaxy s10e.
I love the home button as well! It really does differentiate the iPhones with home buttons from other ones like the latest ones with bigger screens. As a simple and small device lover, the SE 2 is perfect!

there is one thing that might add to your "analogic" notebook journaling experience: a fountain pen! Since you're in Japan there so many cheap and excellent-performing fountain pens from Pilot, Sailor and Platinum. You should give it a try. Au revoir!
I've bought an iphone xs for the first time 2 weeks ago . i was totally loving it but it fell of my hand and it's screen got a big green line and the touch stopped working
Thank you for your kind comment :) I was typing in Japanese (kana keyboard) and using a thumb and an index finger is the most common and the easiest way to type efficiently! haha
i find it interesting that you journal in Japanese! do you find it easier to express yourself in that language? also, my average WPM is around 87-91! i taught myself touch typing when i was 11 after seeing my uncle do it and realizing that it was a useful skill 😊

Good video. I also have iPhone SE 2020 same color. You are getting pretty good battery life, I am very surprised. What is your current battery health percentage? Mine is at 75% and it drains very fast(almost nil in couple of hours). I have started using an Android phone(still using my iPhone as secondary phone though). Apart from battery, the storage of 64 GB is pretty low and it is difficult keep backing up photos and videos from time to time(also backup options and the process is not smooth as Android). However, the performance, ease of use and simplicity is unmatched till date. I love the Touch ID as well.
I love the Touch ID too! It’s sad Apple stopped making models with home button:( There’s no way to know my current battery health because I had my battery replaced at a local electronic store last year and iPhone doesn’t recognize any unofficial parts😢
I discover this channel by searching iPhone SE 2 reviews and i am in love! I wanna try to buy a new one this november but i dont like newer models (too expansive and less refined) so im interested about this old model. It's elegant, still powerful and, important for me, small.. (I personally think that Apple nowadays made boring iphone models, much better older ones like 6, 8, X, XR, 11). But i have one big only concern about this SE: the screen size. Im a male whit "male hands" so im scared about the size of it. Maybe your daily experience could help me.. Thank you from Italy

But since you have bigger hands, holding the SE 2 might be uncomfortable? I agree with you on older iPhone models look better…! Really with Apple still made more affordable and compact phones :(
I have try the phone this day in an Apple Store and fit perfect to me. Many channels out there says that the phone is too tiny, and complains the camera, the brightness and the battery.. i think that they aren't fit for the device. The SE is a beautiful product. Btw how run's on your device IOS 18? Did You have seen any lag or termal trotting? Ps. Keep going on, your channel is very charming. You deserve more subs!

SE 2 is a great phone I'll waiting an iphone SE 4 release or go with the iphone 12 mini iphone 12 mini is great if you consider upgrading it's simple affordable pocketable also like an SE and also unique

I have iPhone 6s and 8, and I honestly think the camera qualifies are not noticeable between them and the SE 2! I’m not much of a tech person, so maybe there are some differences that I haven’t noticed, but I believe older iPhones are still totally usable to shoot good videos!
If you use the iPhones with more than two cameras, then there are probably differences like wider angles and stuff, but I’m satisfied with what I already have right now as for a camera.
I think you can make a similar series for iPod classic, quite niche-ly popular these days, I got mine recently! Love your piano playing, did not skip it :)

I’m not a tech expert, so I’m not totally sure how to deal with the heat of your phone…, but it might be the old battery that’s causing it? I stopped refreshing apps after hearing a lot of people saying it’s bad for the battery because it takes more energy to relaunch the apps!

Thank you for your comment! I use Microsoft Surface Laptop Go 2. I don’t use MacBook because 1) they’re pricier than Microsoft and 2) I’m honestly not a big fan of MacOS. I’ve been using Windows since I was a high schooler, so I’m more comfortable with it! I’m planning my next iPhone vlog with different locations and nature in it so stay tuned!

I still use an iPhone SE 1st generation it was my main device up until I got a 13 mini. The only reason why I stopped using the SE 1st gen as my main device was because of the battery and lack of new software support. The SE phones are amazing.
