Most of these people are just dancing. Crazies? Crazy is seeing people dancing and having a good time as a bad thing. Saying that guy was checking locked doors was reaching. How could he have possibly checked if it were unlocked or not without actually testing it? He never touched the car.
They are not "just dancing". Some are under the influence of mind-altering pharmacology and therefore lacking in normal self-control. They're dancing because their faculties have been scrambled. If one wishes to dance, there are establishments which cater specifically to that pastime and it is not necessary to inject toxic substances in order to do so. Most of these folks are dysfunctional.......deliberately so.
Get out there and invite these folks to come over for dinner. Let them spend the night at your house. Loan them some money. That’s what I thought snowflake. Liberals = hypocrite.

mental illness, addiction and homelessness needs more resources to help people get sober, find treatment, employment and housing. I volunteer in a place that offers such services. Your video is NOT entertaining. I wonder, are any mirrors in your house?

@@davidOConnor-z3l Plenty of people are scared by these people. People are scared by behavior which is erratic, unpredictable, disrespectful of one's personal space or loud, immodest and devoid of self-control.
