Chocolate Souffle recipe
Ingredients
Three glasses of cold milk
Three spoonful tablespoons of flour
three eggs
A glass of granulated sugar
100 g butter
100 g bitter chocolate
50 g milk chocolate
Two tablespoons of cocoa
For the top
A teaspoon of cream
Powdered sugar
Preparation
We put the butter into the pan along with the flour and mix it for 2 minutes, then add cold milk and cook by stirring constantly. After taking it from the stove, we immediately add granulated sugar, chocolate and cocoa and mix them regularly. when the mixture gets to room temperature, we add the egg yolks. we take the egg white into a mixer, add salt and beat it until it becomes foamy. We put it on our soufflé and mix it with the help of a spatula from the bottom to the top before it collapses. butter and dust the dish with sugar first and then transfer the soufflé to the dish but leave little space on top. the dish goes into the 190 degrees preheated. Bake souffle until puffed and set for 18 minutes, bake it for 15 minutes if you like it gooey. add the cream and dust with confectioners' sugar. then serve straight away. children and grown-ups will love it.
