The Iraqi Islamic cleric His Eminence Sayyid al-Sarkhi al-Hasani...May Allah save you:
We are a group of tribal elders of Mosul, Salah Uddin and Anbar. We and our tribes greet you and appreciate your noble and brave attitudes towards Iraq and Iraqis without distinction.
We declare that we support your suggestions and we're ready at your service to do what you deem good for us and all Iraqis. We need safe and security for our people, our regions and all Iraqis. You release a statement of "Support of Arming" and it is met with a wide welcome inside and outside Iraq, and most Iraqi tribes elders in many governorates of Iraq were welcomed that, but we didn't find any implementation of that in reality. We, instead, see conflicts and competitions for personal gains without any attention for real suffering of Iraqis. So, we need your valuable suggestions about the mechanisms of the fulfillment for your proposed solutions apart of those corrupts and opportunists, who destroyed our country.

In the name of Allah the most gracious and the most merciful.
We thank Allah for his grace and I also thank you for believing that I live up to your expectations. I am a servant of yours, Iraqis, and all the honorable people. Perhaps the current circumstances are appropriate to present a project by which we hope that we find salvation before all the opportunities to reach a solution and reform may perish.
Our suggested project of salvation can't succeed without establishing the right foundations and also eradicating all the obstacles and there must be credibility and honesty in those who work, support, lead and execute the salvation project.
Here we present a few approaches:
1- Before everything, the United Nations General Assembly must officially adopt the Iraqi affairs _ carry out and apply every decision and suggestion.
2- Providing urgent camps to the displaced near their provinces and they must be under the protection of the UN far from the danger of the militias and other forces of takfirism.
3- Abolishing the Iraqi government and parliament and establishing a government of salvation to get the country towards safety.
4- The government must not include all the former executive and legislative members because if they were corrupt, it would be wrong to reappoint and keep them in charge of the people and the country; if they were incompetent and ignorant, then we would thank them for their efforts and it is wrong to have them back in power for their incompetence and ignorance. This is to shut the door of envy, struggle, conflict, foreign intervention, war, and fighting.
5- All new members must be sincere and qualified without any foreign allegiance, with no partisanship nor sectarianism. They must not be linked nor sympathetic with the forces of takfirism, militias and terrorism.
6- The government members must not have any sectarian or national title.
7- What we have mentioned earlier includes the ministers of interior and defense. Also there must be a new military system that is competent, patriotic, and loyal to Iraq. There are no reservations against the members of the former regime or the latter as long as they have the qualifications and are honorable.
8- In case of agreeing on what we have mentioned above, then we are at our highest readiness to exert all efforts to make this project work out through encouraging our dear sons and brothers: the clergymen, tribal leaders, sheikhs, soldiers, experts, academics, intellectual people, and all these who seek salvation. We encourage them to join and embrace the project so it succeeds.
9- To make the project succeed, we must cooperate with regional countries such as Jordan, Egypt, Algeria...etc.
10- Issuing a clear, honest and stern decision demanding Iran to retreat from Iraq permanently as Iran is the most savage, cruel, criminal, and ugly intervener and occupier of Iraq.
11- In case Iran refuses to obey this decision, the UN and the countries that support the salvation project must help Iraqis to avoid the conflict by securing internationally safe and protected no war zones in which Iraqis can live. And we let an open direct front between Iran and ISIS to fight and deplete each other in a province (Diyala for example), then we wait the fight results and make a decision and act against which is left. We are not ready to sacrifice our dear sons to fight battles that are not ours.
