Also, I love your scrapbook visual aids. They are awesome, but I wish they would stay up on the screen longer so we could really appreciate them in their full awesomeness. Yeah, Heartstopper literally changed my life, too. It inspired me to join my metro LGBT Center, volunteer at the first Pride I had ever attended, go to a second Pride celebration, and now I’m doing yoga at the Center each week with a bunch of new acquaintances. The series itself and the many YT reactors to it helped me reconnect with my identity and open myself to new things. I came out (very low key) at my conservative workplace and have given a little more balance to the biased discussions about LGBT matters. The show+comics+fandom have made me more at peace with myself and more courageous with others. I took Elle’s words to heart and agreed that “I just needed to put myself out there.” Amazing series.
