@oli3645 those old planes were designed to take a rasher harsh beating, remember aircraft these days are designed to be unstable and use computers to compensate, ww2 they had to be stable and used large wing areas for greater lift. So as long as most of the wing was still intact it could glide pretty well, plus even just one engine can limp an aircraft home as long as it doesnt need to go fast or high. As for landing well if the landing gear is still intact, slow but normal. if not, belly landing and hope responders are fast.
That's one thing I tend to dislike about most "Summoned to Another World" Isekai. While some kingdoms/royalty/summoners might have good intentions, they're effectively kidnapping someone (often times a young teenager) with few to no appliable skills and no knowledge of the language, culture, world, etcetera. And said "hero" is completely dependent on the summoner for all of those things. They then proceed to gaslight/bribe them into helping their kingdom, feeding them censored or misleading information about their kingdom, as well as all others; making the "hero" out to be indebted to them when they were too weak to face their own world problem, while pawning said problem off onto the hero as though it was always their purpose; and showing little to no tangible remorse for their actions because it serves their definition of the greater good; and basically attempting to Stockholm the person they've summoned. And that's rather than seek/train effective heroes from their own world for whatever inane reason (again, they control the information of that world). And even if that person wants to return home, there's generally no effective way to send them back because it's a one-way process; so they've been dealt a life-sentence against their will. And if that person has any character depth compared to most Isekai protagonists, they had a family they loved, and who loved them. The grief would be persistent, simply because there was no closure. And even if they weren't close to their family, they were still just snatched away from their everyday life, and forced to fight someone else's war for them. Dunno. Maybe I'm thinking too much into it. I'd like to see a manga/manhwa that basically has the hero pointing that stuff out, or otherwise saying "Screw this, screw you, have fun dealing with your own issues," for once. The fact this manga seems to touch on a lot of that is pretty unique as far as I can tell.

Ah yes, summoning a innocent, civilian, CHILD at 15ish yrs, from their home and family and EVERYTHING they knew, to defeat a literal god-like undying enemy and monsters, ALL by himself with no hope of going back, being paraded as a hero with expectations, while having no capabilities.
He was actually younger when he was summoned he was 17 when he met the demon queen but he had been summoned 2.5 years before they met so he was actually 15 or 14.5 years old at least that’s what I heard.
In alternate realities devoid of modern luxuries, 16 is the age of adulthood. The main problem is he was kidnapped at age 15 and tortured for half a year, then being forced to fight as an enslaved hero for a nation he has no love for. From the way you phrased it, you make it sound like a 17 year old is the same as an 8 year old. By 17, you are effectively ready to be independent, but 15 is an emotionally sensitive time.

Honestly? I liked this take on the whole Hero betrayed by humanity. He just wanted to be happy and he forged that with those who he was told was his enemies. I know it’s the same story as hundreds of others, but idk it just hit me in a good way, especially the little bro saving him. I’ve laughed at these before and none ever made me actually burst out laughing.
loved the brother bond since my best friend i haven't seen in years is that we beat the crap out of each other when were were little and in the end i won the fight but after that we were like brothers i have missed him a lot cause my family moved far and its been around a decade since i last saw him when visiting my home state might try catching up with him again

Some spoilers, my bad. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! This story made have feels, especially with the fireworks story arc. Oh to be human, for our ambitions to achieve something that sometimes won’t be remember or matter as much. The human whom wishes to find/make the biggest achieve greatest! A partner whom compassion and kindness brighten his world than any fireworks he made and the bittersweetness when he does achieve his goal of making the brightest firework his partner was the most radiant of them all. Passing with smile. While his partner will only remember this bittersweetness night because the world gone a little darker after his passing. Makes any Human either understand or almost understand while we have a goal, it’s matter about the journey of said goal. RIP BEST FIREWORKS MAKER.
