From what you both said, it sound like they need some maintenance culture asap and that grass can use some automatic water sprinkler.

This is very accurate review. The place is first class and stunning and staff are lovely but I hope they have improved all the weak areas in services. They need to get international managers to train locals who can take over later. They listen to criticism so i believe it will be getting better and better .

Thank you all for your honest opinion…. Nigeria needs to do better. Where are the green grasses by the way. All I see was dirt ground and the lake itself was muddy. Good stuff but need upkeep and good management.
