I don't know what more you can do Chris than to make a platform available for someone like Atef Abu Said to share his experiences of the horror of people born into such cruel conditions. Of course as an American there is no way I really understand just how horrific it is, but stories like this and the information coming from these areas causes me much anguish and pain in my heart (which is nothing compared to the actual victims) . for me it simply means I at least still have a heart and soul that feels others pain (compassion) and I am grateful I am not one of the many in this country that simply ignore all this in order to live a more "happy" pain free life.. which also brings me great sadness to know this. Thanks for the show.

Truly important listening.. I can't get over the difference in attitude from the Palestinian speakers, consistently, who are gentle, quiet, well spoken, integrity shining out, lack of hatred, deep sorrow and pain but exuding a kind of mobility, to the crass exuberance and grinning narcissism of the Israeli speakers, whoever they are.. The difference is palpable. I am so distressed that the lies coming out from Israel, and the lack of focus on the true individual lives and stories in Palestine are hidden and blocked, so that the narrative is controlled by the aggressor, and still so few people in the UK, Germany and USA look deep enough to find the truth. May God have pity and send this massacre with a proper end and full justice for the Palestinians 🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸

There is a direct link between the cruelness of the American empire and the way our so called leaders treat us in the belly of the empire. One can see what happens abroad and understand why we do not have health care or any program to alleviate the suffering of the poor people..... An amazing story from an amazing man. I also walked away with a greater appreciation of Chris's interviewing skills, I think he came prepared to ask a bunch of questions but quickly adjusted when he recognized the interview was best served just letting him tell his story. How do I live in this moment??? I’m legitimately asking. I don’t really know how to have much fun right now. I dont know how to function in a society that ignores this. Does anybody have any jobs or volunteer work that can contribute towards Gaza??

Chris is a wonderful, cogent and dispassionate analyst. I do wish he would be more prescriptive, though. Critical analysis is interesting, but unless there are practical pathways to do something constructive and concrete with it, it's just naval gazing.
Wondered if you would discuss the speeches from United Nation. Particularly from Palenstines President, very moving. Also the walk out of delegates during Netanyahu speech, gives one hope. Great job, thanks for the honest reporting something we can no longer take for granted.
