Lovely looking food there Martine and as always I am now craving your dish it is sort of a twist on arriabbata sauce which is a spicy ragu and I love it. I think it translates from Italian to English as angry or fierce ?? But makes a brilliant alternative to your standard bolognese ragu especially if you like spicy food 👍👍🐷🍝🌶

@@foodfromafar-2935 your very right there Martine I know it is convenient to have jars of say Dolmeo bolognese sauce in the cupboard as I do but I much prefer to make my ragu sauce from scratch tinned tomatoes, tomatoe puree ,onions, garlic, mushrooms and Italian herbs and seasoning. It's a lot cheaper and it n makes so much more and is so easy to make 👍👍🍝🍝
