Love this! I make wreaths pretty often but get tired of doing the same styles. Here lately I’ve been checking out some different wreath styles that use burlap and this is one of the prettiest I’ve seen! Definitely one of my favorites as well as excellent inspiration! I think I’m going to try it out here shortly but play around with maybe adding another full circle of burlap on the outer wire and/or some wired ribbon on a middle wire. Also, I just had to tell you what a cutie Pixie is! You can really see how loved & adored she is and how much she loves you! 🙂🥰
Love your wreath. I have never seen anyone wire it at each cross bar, I like that idea, seems like less chance of falling apart. Pixie is adorable, I can tell, she's a mommas girl. Thank You for Sharing your Time and Your Talent with all of us.
Thank you for such an easy tutorial. I’ve wanted to learn how to do this for a long time! Trixie is too cute and must love crafting! Can’t wait to see your other videos! 🥰🐾🐶
This Turned out so beautiful! I believe myself to be crafty I even have diy and craft videos on my channel but I’ve never made a wreath!! I’ve always wanted to. I just find them intimidating to make for some reason. I’m watching a bunch of videos trying to learn techniques. You make this look so easy. Thanks for the inspiration to try again. I’m gonna be at dollar tree first thing in the morning to get supplies. I love learning from talented creators like you!! I look forward to watching your other videos!
That is the EASIEST wreath tutorial I've seen, and I've watched enough tuts to make my eyes cross! Have you made that and then added more ribbon embellishments?
Is there a reason you don't do the outer layer? Wish it was a close-up of how you attach the burlap to the ring, where there's a bar. Thanks for the video. You did GREAT, PIXIE!😘🐶
Awesome video! Hi can you do this method with mesh? And if so can a wider size be used and cut down to smaller width? Or is it better to just buy a standard width?
Couldn't see and could not hear you well. Definitely couldn't see when you went from 1 section to the next. I replayed a couple of times but just couldn't see it. One time you were out of frame. But TBH the wreath is very pretty and you seem to be very knowledgeable. I'm sorry uf I sound rude. I don't mean to. You are doing much better than me.
You’ve said the form was 8”, 14”, and 18” and also that the burlap was 15’ and 25’ long. As a beginner, I need the right measurements. Please explain why so many discrepancies in your tutorial.
I’m sorry for the confusion! Wreath forms are available at any craft store, starting at 12 inches and available at all sizes in between, UP to 22 inches. The burlap rolls of ribbon are also 5 inches in width any available in 15 foot long rolls and 25 foot rolls. I usually don’t go into all that detail, because most crafters are kind of familiar with craft products nowadays.
I’m sorry! Just went back and looked. 5” wide roll of standard burlap ribbon available at any craft store. Actually any size will work, just gives more fullness. Wire used was standard floral wire.
Actually zip ties are a lot easier. With the wire you have to hold it and twist it. With the zip ties all you gotta do is pull. I feel like it’s easier to hide too 🙂 just my opinion tho.
Oops... Didn't read far enough... This question has already been asked and answered... Beautiful and easy to do...Tank you so much for sharing 😍 God bless 💞
