I know they are gods and this is the only way to play against that comp but, at the same time, feels like they are not having fun at all, wrath was savage.
I've had multiple friends have the same issue where one or more keys stopped working and they had to relaunch the game, don't think it's a PC/driver issue, I think it's a blizzard needs to fix their buggy half-finished game issue. It's actually sad how low effort wrath classic has been. Massive bugs for everything from class abilities to game mechanics.
it was very respectible for the team to not go when they were obviously standing still not competing having a technical issue, however all these players know each other it would be such a shitty thing to do XD. that was funny tho to see players stand still in grand finals like of all moments for a pc issue XD
I must say.....I'm glad that I didnt level anything for wrath, i remember some of this shit clearly and it was horrible, good class design but goddamn I can;t believe i miss dampening this much when I look at these games
sony charge at the end of evo cost them so bad in that second game.. :/ everythiing was used, bubble, trinket wall, amz. etc.. while not getting the chance to drink.
I feel like these games are the definition of being so good u can’t do the simple things. I love all the sweaty strats but feels like they can’t keep it basic to win the TSG side. Maybe I’m bad tho lol
I think Snutz's comp is just a tsg counter tbh. Freedoms and mage blink + roots from mage and shaman pretty much negate the heavy mongo strat that TSG normally relies on. The DK also flat out dropped the ball in that 2nd to last game by not using grip when mage was oom.
@@nickbrowne96 nah idk Darius definitely should’ve gripped there but I think sony played pretty terribly every game but the first, from bad team calls to bad reads to bad calling the wrong targets to over extending time and time again not pillaring to losing patience
Darius also was behind on the pressure quite a bit comparitively. I know that snutz team is a counter but nearly every gary got insta destroyed when called, gripping chains without follow ups, i didnt hear pet stun call out once, and strangulate was off CD far longer then it shouldve been multiple times. All of that combined with bad team synergy, makes for this outcome.
Saying gargoyle is op is like saying boomkin is op.. Mark my words, by the end of exp, good dks will go 18/11/42 hybrid because it's more consistent, harder to kill and in high rate garg is useless. Darius is terrible anyway, for them to win this he needs to set up but he has 0 control because he's clueless
i didnt like the fact that you can comp swap for counters. i've never liked people playing counters instead of their main comp. its like playing an ele shaman with an hpal. oh wait, they did that too. lol Kappa
sonys team played way too defensive alot of the time, like sony runns away and mounts scared of this oom mage, than still low hp runns in anways, i know these are good players but they did some weird shit, like as if a oom mage and a ele shaman can kill fucking anything .. like its better to have uptime on mage or the ally so u can kick damage or reflect it, if u just put on ur shield and "run away" while beeing slowd in the open, thats not really doing anything. there is no reason to play that uber defensive if ur healer is not in cc, like in the "mage oom game" the pala even had bubble still. or like the mage is dying to sony in 1v1 has to block (mage 15-20%mana) shaman is kinda dying to dk and he just jumps off insead of switching to the schaman thats kinda dying. so they give the mage free evo.. and lose all pressure again. or that one time sony almost killes the shaman some1 calls "get back" and he just gets off him, he would have died 100%. im pretty positive that they would have won more games, maybe even the whole thing if they played more offensive with the "we kill em" mindset and not this "lets run away" shit.
