The sentences were an absolute joke, the attackers were nothing but cowards to attack one person like a pack of rapid dogs. The Uk justice system is broken and your life to them is worth nothing. Choose your associates wisely and protect yourself at all times if you encounter these kind of nutcases.
I dont think this was these boys first rodeo.. Clean up, removing hands for harder ID if found, mobile phone journey and dump.. among everything else. Definitely not their first body.

My conclusion as an ex criminal is He got very drunk went to bed and left phone down stairs his drunken friends go through it see that he has been skimming the crew so they kill him I only think this because of the hands been cout of and the phone taken to hull im guessing to show some sort of boss there reason for the killing The phone been kept and moved about shows they must be something on that phone
I don't have anything against any specific nationality or race, and welcome anybody who wants to come to the UK and contribute/integrate in to our society and culture, but how many hundreds of thousands of foreigners are there here who don't do any of that and just cause crime/cost us the taxpayers money. It genuinely blows my mind 🤯

I'd wager a bet that there was a load of wodka and polish beer involved that night! something similar happened a few years back with some Polish who got into a drunken fight on Christmas day on my old road in Edmonton LDN, some of them really can't take a joke when they get pissed but are happy to dish it out it seems! Imagine going to such lengths to clean up the crime scene yet only burying the body a few inches deep. Foxes and dogs would have that sniffed out and dug up no problem
@@myview5840 Not if it’s deep enough. My daily job is digging often by hand. Been doing so for 35 years. Graveyards are full of bodies that don’t resurface. The point I’m making is they have went to great lengths to cover their tracks in one way and couldn’t be bothered in another. To change carpets ect in the clean up yet throw the body in a shallow grave is bonkers. As no matter what the digging is like getting down a good 4ft somewhere is perfect possible. I dig fence posts in that depth on a daily basis so I know full well it can be done. I would struggle more with the clean up to be honest. That wouldn’t be my strong point

I don't get the difference in sentencing. The 3 lowest sentences should have been the same. Maybe the guy getting 3.5 years was the grass, but he should have got more
For those wondering about the light Jail sentences, the UK population is approx. 70 million, and the number of Prison cells is approx. 100,000. That's a full Wembley stadium thereabouts.
Random my ass, they might want to look into these people's past within the place they should have stayed, there home country. Just In order to discover if any body in previous contact with them has gone missing.

It is to hide the victims identity, obviously they knew he had convictions and had his prints on police database. It is also common to remove teeth to avoid dental ID
Another great upload! I'm not a big fan of the police;lot of liars amongst them, but some astounding detective work here to identify the body and bring the guilty to justice, deserved bigger sentences from the judge though. 👍
"30 years each in America..." If that's the case, you'd be over the moon pal. Realistically, it's life without the possibility of parole, with ALL it entails. For example, are you aware that life without the possibility of parole means that when the prisoner dies, the prison retains the body & the prisoner is buried on the prison grounds in an unmarked grave. They really don't mess around over there pal. Receive a 30 year sentence for outright murder in American & upon release you'd be wanting to take the judge & his family for dinner & drinks.....
@spencerh2860: that's a real interesting question & I don't know. The U.K isn't as unforgiving as the U.S.A. so I reckon that when a prisoner who served a whole life term dies, then the family are probably offered back the body back so they can pay their final respects. However, it wouldn't surprise me if this wasn't the case.
It's not first degree murder though, it's second., due to mitigating circumstances. However... They chopped up the body, that surely brings another level to it. Bit I don't think it would be life in the US for 2nd degree...
It’s always the phone that gives you away. They were savvy enough to beat the forensics at the crime scene but technologically dumb when it came to phones and ANPR data being matched. Still, the sentencing was a joke so they still partially got away with it.
They clean the flat thoroughly and so discard of evidence that would reveal a crime had occurred (as well as replace the carpet)........but then leave the poor sod's toes sticking out of the soil after burying him. 😖 You couldn't make it up.
Wow. The found the man bu matching a phone and a cars movement with no idea who to look for. Why do we have such good police work but such poor sentences
Funny that all that evidence was available before the body was found. Makes me wonder how many missing persons cases could be solved if the police used the resources.
