Stumbled across this video as I was doing research on Inno Supps and their Night Shred product. I decided to compare the actual product with your suggestion on buying the supplements/vitamins separately. I felt allllll of the contrast you were explaining throughout the video. It’s pretty much a night & day difference! The Night Shred feels a like a lackluster melatonin that may or may not help you go to sleep. Whereas buying the Magnesium, Ashwaganda and Melatonin outright actually relaxed my muscles & bones after working out and/or being active all day (Which I find more beneficial instead of the purposed goal of weight loss) Night Shred gives false advertisement with weight loss during sleep because after 30 days, I was still at the same weight from when I first used before actually working out. But as I’ve put in perspective, the Magnesium, Ashwaganda and Melatonin are more so to help the body relax and restore All of this being said, Night Shred doesn’t work, but there are a few things that you can take from it and have it work to your benefit separately for as long as you know how you can apply it to your daily health Thank you Dr. Yeung for this review and thank you for giving the alternatives for it has helped me in a more healthier way than I expected 🙏🏼❤️

This is from somebody who’s used their products off and on for about 2-3 years. I’m off of it when I want a reset or if I came afford it. Overall, innosupps has been good for me. The Gut cleanse works and I use for 2 weeks at a time every 2-3 months or right after a vacay. Costumer service is great via chat or email. Try for yourself and you be the judge for yourself. Personally, it’s been my go to supplements over others I’ve used.
So, I've been taking this for some time, I got it for sleep, along with some possible fat burning at night. I can say that it definitely helped with sleep. I did go on a diet as well, and have lost weight. So maybe this helped. Melatonin doesn't really work for me, so I got this w/o the melatonin. I hate the cost, but it's been helping sleep. SO it's a win for me. haha

I’m glad you reviewed this. I’ve been using this for a few months and it doesn’t seem to work. Good for sleeping but not for weight loss. That said the other Inno Sups products do work. Their daytime fat burner and Carb Cut and CLA supplements do work.
It's bunk. Like seriously bunk. I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if the capsules were filled with sawdust. A lot of reviews, including my own personal experience, have had issues with GI side effects, diarrhea, etc. Their "male performance stack" which is this, Nitro wood, and T-Drive are just miserable. No performance benefits, just a lighter wallet.
Nitro wood and T-drive work. It sounds like you just have mega low testosterone levels. I can personally vouch for nitro would and it's boost too vasularity in the veins. Probably made a noticeable difference on day 3 or4.
