I've been doing it for a while now - most everyday! And it really helps a lot. And I mean a lot! Thanks. Stuck at 90 bpm for now... 5 minutes was a little long, so I'm doing 3 minutes each. Quite demanding but rewarding.

Hey Laurent, congratulations for giving this a shot and sticking to it. Yes 5 minutes is a long time, but 3 min is great! Stick to it and you will get the results and they will last a lifetime! Thanks for chiming in! Cheers!

5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 13, 15 and 17 stroke rolls, as well as the remainder of the 26 (at the time) rudiments, were required warm-ups by my drum teacher, Don Schroeder, before even going into my lesson.

What a great way to warm up before a lesson. Sounds like a great teacher!

This is great! My doubles have never been strong but I can clearly see that by practicing this slowly and carefully my doubles when I get up tp 100 or 120 are going to be awesome! Thanks so much

Forearms are burning, must be doing it right. Just curious, the height of your practice pad, is that just to display better for your demonstration? Thanks Marco.

If you are only playing a snare, that height works nice. There are no hats or toms to consider.

I count the strokes as 10 times a double plus accent (11 stroke roll)
