At first I thought this was a tornado but the dust didn't move as if there was a funnel, so now I think this was a gust front.

@@anasalado576 That's not the only Tornado that has hit Houston. There was the November 1992 Outbreak, as well as November 17, 2003. Fast forward to August 2017 when Harvey brought Tornadoes and Flooding all over Houston. That's just to name a few.

@@mikeyg.thecnanddisneyfan9069Actually Houston has had the most tornadoes of any county in Texas since the year 2000. Even surpassing Dallas and the panhandle/tornado alley area. They’re usually weak F0-F1’s but they have quite a few tornadoes in Harris county.

This is why you're wondering theres dust on the surface: you see the Microburst has a winds of 120 mph the winds blowing from Up to surface is because the wind is Blowing the dust causing it to look like a rotation

Ummm not a microburst. That is a tornado that's not fully condensed. There's a circulating lowering from the storm base, and ground circulation. There's an invisible funnel of rotating winds between those two.
