Bullers Road in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is the address of a number of important government and non-governmental buildings. Its present name is Bauddhaloka (literally, "buddhist light") Mawatha, though you would find many Sri Lankans preferring to use the old colonial name Bullers Road.
The video was shot using a GoPro Hero 9 camera mounted on the roof of a car. A Canon M6 Mark ii was used for the stills.
