It does seem nice, yet I would choose Wyoming over Alaska (too cold too often) lol I'm in WV, which isn't so bad, but I just love the bigger mountains n bigger animals (we have black bears n white tailed deer)

The Mat-Su Borough (that's a county in most states) has leased the land from the Alaska Railroad to be used for parking, and they intend to clear cut the trees to make a parking lot.
