I have the melt palette and I absolutely love it! That being said I would say it isn’t necessarily as beginner friendly as the XL Pro and it’s also much more expensive.

I am so sad that the Muerta palette was limited edition. I tried to buy it on 2 separate occasions with no luck. Love that you showed us we could get the same effect with the XL palette. Thanks.

I always think how cool it must be to have a dedicated room to film. Knowing the set up is just right and just plonking yourself down and starting. I’d love a room, not that I’m in anyway a guru but it is so draining ya I g to set stuff up all the time I just don’t lol 😝

I agree, and I don't even have a dressing table... I have to get out what I need from my storage and take it to the bathroom... and I also have to stop every five mins because I have chronic pain... I'd cry if someone gave me a dressing table and chair!!... xXx

I’m so glad you did this because I have the XL Pro and Love Tahiti and I was so devastated when I couldn’t get Muerte. I found it on eBay for almost $140 and I just can’t justify that for one palette with like 8-10 shades. I love this video so much!!!!

'Do not fear, everything will be fine'... why does it feel like me when I start playing with weird combinations and I'm THIS close to scratch the whole look out? XD Ps: I honestly prefer the Carnival side. Melt is so expensive and hit or miss and weird with the formula, it makes me not want to take a chance.

I feel like the only slight difference when it comes to the color is that the melt pallet blues fall more on the blue-green side as well there a little more pigment and darker but the look you made is so stunning i always enjoy the makeup look you make/do.

Thank you! I wanted the Melt Muerte palette at first site but I couldn't justify the price which was increasingly inflated as it's so hard to get hold of. I do have the Carnival XL Pro though 😁

Well the look turned out stunning (does it ever not?) & while watching the intro I thought the eye you did with the xl carnival actually looked "better" or more dimensional than the melt eye. I was positive that was the Melt side. Nope. How interesting. Tyvm for doing this & ty Kerry for as Missa said, doing the Lord's work!❤💚💙

I managed to get both palettes from melt on an early sale they did before launch where you registered with them and they sent you a code, and it was the password for unlocking the collection, so i got vida and muerte and two eyeliners (the blue and the green ones, i wish i had gotten the yellow one too). And it was fairly expensive, specially because i buy in colombian pesos and the currency exchange rate almost quadruples the cost, but it was so worth it. At the time i didnt know it would become pretty much a collector’s item, and i dont think i’ll ever give them up. I love how you make videos with older palettes too, it’s so helpful for people who cant be buying the new thing every day 💜💜💜 you rock 💚💚💚💚

Ive trying for months to get my hands on the melt palette! I want it so bad. But if this turns out to look the same welp... Ill be buying that instead. I'm so upset that you cant get that eyeshadow palette anymore. Melt should clearly see the demand for it. And do a restock, they are missing out on sooo much money.

I just saw someone selling the empty boxes of the Muerte and Vida palettes for $51 USD on Mercari so yes I'd say it's liquid gold lmao. The actual palettes are being sold for $200-500 USD on there. Yikes! Love the look you did!
