a dusty trip is like a story of survival in a post apocalyptic world in my theory as you can find a note in the house that says "the dessert was the safest place for us" and the mutants were like zombies or mutated like the name mutant
I actually have a few theories about the lore: Theory 1: Both Dusty trip and Field trip z (both made by jandel) Are connected to one another and are in the same universe, with Dusty trip being the aftermath of the zombie outbreak of field trip z, And the player is associated with the gang in the radio, with the players quest being to drive to them. The gang watches from afar, making sure he makes it. If he has trouble, they send him resources through the airplane or something (the reason robux is needed for that is because jandel Loves money, and that may be out of lore). Theory 2: This player wants to be apart of this gang, and so he has been put to test and needs to survive this trip and reach the hills in order to reach them and become a part of them. They are so powerful in fact, that this area is a some sort of testing place or playground for them, which belongs all to them. Theory 3: This is all a show, and the mutants may be robots, the cameras could be everywhere, Maybe at the corners of the fake sky (having insanely zoom). Theory 4: This is a fallout typa world, and after the world has been sent to dust the survivors slowly got turned into mutants and mindless zombies by the radiation. (New theories may get added if more come into my mind, you can also share your theories too in the reply section!)

I think I actually sovle the lore which is that we were fiend with dan he work as a scientist and we work at a dinner our boss name Danny ask us to ask Dan to help create a gun that turn any thing into food we ask Dan and he was able to make it but whatever food we get using the gun taste horrible so our boss ask us to ask Danny to make a liquid or something that make the food that the gun turn the food into good which he did he gave us a syringe with a substance that we can inject living things and when we use a food gun it will taste good it work but with one problem the syringe mutated the living thing creating virus which spread (there is more to this lore but I lazy to type)
i tink i have a lore explain this is a waste land but your note the only survivor in the desert and the radio sond come from anoter place on eart and the explain for the gost town brige and the bandit/ abandon canp and tunel is that the radiation made a time loop
My Theory of the dusty trips lore(this is just my theory so it will be different from the video and i don know that much in dusty trip so i may miss some and bad grammar) chapter 1 the plains:the plains are the players originated from but after ppl who arrived and stole their money/caps and drove away the player wanted revenge and getting all of his stuff back so he goes on a journey while traveling he sees these green skinned ppl he goes towards them thinking that he has a friend to help with his journey but after going towards it it attacks the player so the player escaped with its car after traveling for a while finding resources and buildings and weapons he hears what the radio is saying the radio is saying"a apocalyptic has happened almost every human being has turned into a zombie or a monster we may not know how many survivors there are but if one survivor is listening to this.. Pls get far away from the Mutants far away as possible" The player was shocked about this no wonder why there's green skin ppl trying to attack him so the player goes to the dessert Chapter 2 the dessert: after the player arrives to the dessert he founds a house so he decides to live there and founds a note saying "the dessert was the safest place for us" Hes confused whys theres a note here and whys is saying us? Has someone been here the player said (Theory bonus) Someone has been in the house before us (us the player thats spawned inside of it)its probably the ppl who stoled the players money/caps driving to dessert to be safe but before even the player (us) arrived the mutants and zombies arrived to the dessert them (les called them the dudes) escaped far away but most of them died but 1 person survived which is the guy from the shop (Daniel) (Lets get back to it) After a few days it was going fine the player painted the house hide the basement and nothing was actually going on even tho the Mutants and zombies has arrived to the place yet its pretty calm after a few weeks and days the player is running out of food and water so he has no other choice but to explore the dangerous place the same thing he did in the plains gather resources that is available and went off to the roads after a few hours he gathered resources food water everything he needs but theres one problem hes lost he cant go back to the house so he has to go forward having to survive and live on this dangerous place after a long Journey he sees grass "GRASS" The Player excitedly said thinking that it is a another place thatd safe but unlucky he is it was the old place he used to live everything is ruined fire is everywhere everything buildings ruined by the mutants the player is crying in tears thinking that its the last hope (now thats my theory and sorry if it doesn't make sense so im not good at explaining and making theories but if dusty trip makes another map i would probably continue this if i don forgot it) The Apocalypse theory:before the fall happened ppl lived a normal live but 1 day a radioactive barrel trips and leaks in a bunker one military step on it and became aggressive it starts to attack his fellow militaries becoming aggressive too almost all of the ppl there didnt escape and thats where the apocalypse happens The bandit theory:the bandits are a group of survivors but they don trust any other survivors except their group as they believed they are one of the mutants The note theory:notes are always everywhere why are on the bandits place they are on the spawn the bridge and other locations 1 note specific note im choosing is the note that says "before the fall i used to be a teacher" Ppl write notes to let other survivor's know they are still alive well some of them and also talk about things before the fall
You guys are idiots if you played during the plain's countdown update Jandel talks about 2 characters which are "Dount Dave" and "Dumpster Diving Dan" who you buy things from and these 2 characters are from Field Trip Z another different game made by Jandel in a different group and this video was made way before the plains update so it makes sense but still but we still cant get a real good grasp of the lore i can only see the canon ending of Field Trip Z thay can connect to Dusty Trip as we can see there is a helicopter and as a normal person we dont know how to even use it but we know how to which means that the "Helicopter Ending" in Field Trip Z is canon most likely but i am still unsure if the player in Field Trip Z is the same as the player in i Dusty Trip but i have some stuff to see if the player is really the player from Field Trip Z so we have a radio on both cars that can contact the military for supplies and in the "Helicopter Ending" we get helped by the military so it is most likely that we are the player from Field Trip Z
