I love elven prayers for Queen Varda, I wish Tolkien had made at lest one equal for Lady Nienna.The Lady *who dwells* in the uttermost west of the Uttermost West.

It's like you were right there with Gildor's company and remained in Arda to our day and age, so you could still sing this poem to us.

Whenever I end up sitting outside and watching the stars, this is the video I end up pulling up, so I can sing along to it. And it lets me feel so calm, relaxed and just, at ease. It is indescribable. I am glad I found this years ago. My life would be much sadder without it.

First of all, as a "student" of Tolkien's languages I must say that your pronunciation of Sindarin is perfect, for me it's very important... And for the rest, beautiful as ever.

I feel such a sorrowful _longing_ listening to your rendition. The desire of the elves. Your voice is absolutely *beautiful.* I know Tolkien would be touched.

I sang this song at larp talking place in LoTR world because elves told me that they need some music to heal an ent. My character was just a human girl who loved elves and that's why she learnd elvish song from past ages. Everyone loved your song and told me after game that it was the best part of this scene - I shared your video with them all. Thank you for this fantastic piece od music! ❤️ It was perfect for that situation because at the same time lady elf startet praying to Elbereth and I started singing this and playing lute

May I offer a small suggestion - the line "the starlight on the western seas", if keeping with Tolkien, should be "*thy* starlight on the western seas", signifying that the starlight is Elbereth's - as the lights come from the stars she created!

No need to press the music with words. The lyrics do not elevate in the music. The music itself is supposed to uplift, not the lyrics. Rather, the lyrics harm the music and can be done without the music.
