A family day trip through Cinque Terre for less than 50€! 

Where are all the vlogs on remodelling? Great that people like yourself are doing up homes in Italy and live (part-time) in them. Especially you having a family with young kids. There are so many homes that are abandoned and rotting away in Italy. I appreciate people like you! I wish you many nice stays in your home. 🌷

I absolutely loved The Cinque Terre! So lovely to see it, again. Happy New Year!

My wife and I went to Manarola at Easter 2023, we stayed five nights and walked to all the Cinque Terre towns, wonderful memories, I am 66, my wife is 61, just saying its accessible to most people.

I absolutely love Italy, I especially love the north but Italy has some of the scariest roads I’ve been on, huge drop off and very skinny roads, the road down there was terrifying and when you get there it’s so very hard to get parking so train is probably the better option. We got some fantastic drone footage of the area. Great video. 💕

You deserve a day out away from the work... Really for the price you can't do better.. Happy new year to you and your family

Thank you for sharing a glimpse of your family, especially when you're adding to the list of reasons why everyone should look for holiday homes in your region. Other restorers get funding from Heritage agencies and national broadcasters (how many chateaus are on RU-vid anyway?), but you prove that even ordinary folk (which I suspects includes most of your followers) can afford a holiday home if we're willing to tackle a few projects. ;)

I've been to Cinque Terre twice, both visits were during off season. It's absolutely beautiful in the spring and fall. I'm going back in 5 months time, to attend a wedding. I'm slightly afraid of what peak season will look like.

I got food poisoning eating the seafood in Riomaggiore once. That's my experience with the Cinque Terre lol.

A magical place. Is Italy a beautiful country? Yes of course it is.

It's definitely the best way to visit by train. I made the mistake once and drove. The walk up and down was crazy. Buon Anno Nuevo. We will have to meet for coffee sometime. We live 15 minutes south in Licciana Nardi.

Great timing Ralf or maybe just coincidence 🤔, just an hour ago watched 1st episode of Alan Carr & Amanda Holden series 😁, doing an old house up around there somewhere last Summer and they took the same train I think to Cinque Terre too, looks amazing and Ofc your video was better and more interesting than anything the BBC do these days lol 😂, nice start to a New Year 👌🏻.

Nice video, it was interesting to see all the "other places" As we made a bit similar day-trip there on year 2009 -on November, We came from Genova, and stopped on Manarola and Vernazza -I bet there was no hopinhopout tickets but local train-ticket are cheap anyhow. There was absolutely no one else than we, as tourists. I should put that to youtube too, but who'd like to hear plenty Finnish mumblings ;-)
