-I’m starting this morning by checking my boots in case of snakes
I’m not always wear boots but due to the thorny ground where I am going to work i do wear them today
-I cut a the stem which it will be used as a fertilizer for the land.
I got my plantain and cut it in pieces, dry it, pound it, sieve it and jar it.
-Making gluten-free bread dough by adding plantain flour and water only.
The flour is very tasty and can taste good even without salt.
-I harvest taro and cassava leaves, with springs onions, adding spices and cook, grind.
-Opening up the dough and making a compacted flat bread.
It might be easier with a tortilla-presser because the plantain flour dough can be a bit brittle.
-Cook it with coconut oil on pan
-And enjoy this natural and tasty meal straight from the land
